There were times before she was diagnosed where she fell ill with the flu, a cold, respiratory infections. She never, EVER, mumbled incoherently. It was only until after we started noticing neurological inconsistencies and anomalies that she started doing the same exact thing Biden has been doing. That's the reason we got her examined neurologically in the first place. So yea, I think i have some experience in stating what I said in my first comment.
