Brett McMurphy is as solid as any journalist and analyst and reporter and researcher as anyone can find. I am pretty sure two libtard networks wish they had never let him go but went with loudmouth idiots and UnAmerican propaganda Democrats Dipwads with agendas instead. Brett is light years ahead of PATC and The Monty Show and this show here who I respect and take seriously all three with what they say. Because they are way more correct than not. But nowhere near as on target as Brett and a few others that I read informed material they released or verbally stated in interviews or traditional live reports but not mentioning who the others are I am talking about.

Why would teams in the Big 10 or SEC take a pay cut to add FSU or Clemson? I do believe that FSU and Clemson will get into the power 2 after current media deals end.

They wouldn’t. They’d give Miami and Clemson full share because B10 of SEC doesn’t want FSU. They’re being left behind. They don’t offer what Clemson , Miami’s and UNC offer per the B10 and SEC presidents. The commissioners had them put that info out.

The first caller, Chris was hard to accept as an adult with logical thinking as a common thing. I don't know if he doesn't actually watch college football, or hasn't gone through the common process of joining the work force and working his way up in a company until time comes to join a better company to increase your income, value, and quality of life. that said I couldn't stand to talk with someone so boxed in to creating his own reality.

FSU doesn’t have to leave the ACC so its not like they are forced to join Big 12. They will stay put if SEC or BIG are not available now. SEC and BIG are not on FSU'S timeline.

I maintain that CLEMSON is the litigation face of an allied strategy with UNC. CLEMSON only asked for a declaratory judgment to test the enforceability, etc. of the relevant documents. Much less hostile than FSU's litigation.

There are major anti-trust issues involved were the B1G to even emply they were actively interested in FSU when that school hasn't finalized it's status with the ACC. If/when FSU can free itself and is open to active negotiations,things could change. The Big 12 may think it's worth it to let it slip they are having 3rd party talks with FSU,because they want to put it out there they are a player on the level of the B1G and SEC. If FSU and Clemson are avalible, the B1G will first look to Notre Dame and UNC for expansion. If ND stays independant and UNC goes SEC,then the B1G would look at FSU. If ND wants to join the B1G with UNC or asks for Stanford as a +-1,the B1G is going to grant that request. The most important thing is for FSU to focus on getting it's GOR back first and be prepared to spend a year or two as an independant,before worrying about the B1G which wants to focus on integrating the 4 former PAC schools to it's ranks and maybe reconsidering going back to divisional play.

The last 45 years says you are correct. But if we look at the entire 157 year history of College Football and 176 year history of College Athletics as a whole, no; because Ole Miss and Texas Ampersand Meathead University have been playing D1 men and women sports longer as Florida State was initially an all women college with no athletics at first before acquiring athletics and then becoming coed and adding men’s sports. The other schools mentioned got a huge head start.

ND hates the travel into Tallahassee for their fans. They don't like FSU's weaknesses in Olympic sports. And they don't like FSU trying to block Stanford and Cal to the ACC and Stanford is ND's biggest ally. And FSU's academics and arrogance is a turn off.

@@heartbreak25 A bit silly as usual.... a) FSU has finished Top 10 D-Cup 5x, though all since 2009-10. ND has also finished Top 10 5x. Per the Altimore chart I reference, FSU has slightly better overall sports than ND. FSU has sacrificed some football investment to improve here, so we should be intellectually honest and be fair. (For context, PSU has finished 12x and UNC 25x.) b) ND acts in its sole best interests, and UNC also voted against CAL+2. If ND can't be professional and understand why CAL+2 had objectors, then that's a knock on ND. c) FSU has drastically improved its academics, but AAU will likely be elusive being not that respected overall. d) FSU's arrogance is a killer.

I recently lurked a ND message board, and the fans think it's an academic and athletic peer of STANFORD. Lots of delusion there as well. Got curious and per Wiki: FSU sponsors 9 men's and 10+1 women's sports ND sponsors 12+1 and 13 UNC sponsors 13 and 15

@@heartbreak25 if you are top brass at one of the premier football programs in division 1 college football you don't initiate a huge lawsuit in pursuit of fighting your way out of your broke ass conference unless you have very strong agreement *wink wink* *nod nod* via back channel that said move will be met with a soft landing spot, ppl above our pay grade don't rush emotional decisions unless they have certain things in place
