This is an interesting concept. I made a Mr Frog moveset a few weeks ago. Some of the ideas I came up with are similar to yours but not all the moves I came up with are the same. For example, I made his down b the purple substance which gives Mr Frog a speed buff

@@JamBudds another thing I did was I had his up special in the air be an eagle since Mr Frog has an animal sanctuary. But I do like your version with the gun.

@@Frost-tw4qd oh yeah. Soem weird disjointed eagle summon. Very cool.something like Snakes from smash, or maybe he uses it like Steve's Glider in Ultimate. That'd be so weird but that would be so cool for him

i think if you linger on the Green Goblin bomb it's stops being a parody, also Mr. Frog doesn't really have Quote potential

It wouldn't actually be called or look like the goblin bomb in game, it would be a new design. That's just what I used here since that's how the show is. As for quote potential, Jason is in the game
