For those of you who are finding it hard to sleep, this is a reconfigure recording I sometimes play in the background as I'm trying to sleep. I find his voice soothing and reassuring when things around me don't feel that good. Please understand that this all part of the ascension process and it is temporary. , so focus on the prize.
