I am so sorry about your depression. I have struggled with it all my life. I started a journey of discovering why, to find out I am a codependent. That urge me to find out how, why, and when I became a codependent, and find out that it all came from my childhood, it was a great relief to find out that there is hope. Now I am working with a coach through, “Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving: A Guide and Map for Recovering from Childhood Trauma,” written by Peter Walker. Take care of yourself.

I noticed something tonight. So I've been listening to affirmations every night for a few weeks now. Around the same time every night when I go to bed. Tonight I stayed up later than usual but I randomly got this overwhelming feeling of like "im AWESOME". And that feeling came about during the time id usually be listening to the affirmations if I was going to sleep. Pretty sure that means somethings working right 🤔

Same. I’m going through a storm in my marriage of 7y and have so many negative ruminating thoughts which are do not like me. I’m usually so positive. The positive uplifting comments speak to me and are a beautiful reminder of the goodness in others. My husband is trying so hard to mend what he broke in us but inside Imy heart is still suffering.

I hear you on that… Peace is wherever we find peace. I know that sounds nonsensical, we sure don’t find peace where it is not, usually with me it’s always something that I have taken upon myself and continue to feed with more thought in my head.. We really do have to feed our hearts with kindness and compassion. The opposite way never ends unless I see this problem. I cannot change what I do not know. And without risk there can be no change. I hope that we all get through this life together without any more fear or anxiety about what will come. I send you much strength and happiness that carries us through to reach the goal.

I suffer from anxiety illness fear hypochondria 2 weeks ago I got sick flu the fever has gone but now I still suffer from headaches every day sometimes also eye pain I find that very scary but maybe the headache and oigoijn is also due to the fear I don't know it makes me sleep very badly and I'm afraid every day that something is not right I hope to get through it and wish everyone a lot of relief and strength
