Please note that the goal of this video is to show some basic analytical procedures while also showing you how I troubleshoot and think about problems. I am thinking of many things on the fly and improvising a lot. This is not a good example of how you should approach your statistical analysis when it comes to real data. You should thoroughly check the distributions of your different variables and have an analysis plan with candidate models before you explore your data. That process, however, takes days and cannot easily be shown in an hour. Otherwise, I hope this is a helpful illustration of some of the things you can do in R.
