Bro with all due respect, talk to any IAS officer in India. Everyone will speak in same sense. JP is not an exception. He worked under NTR due to his caste advantage. Nothing else he has done compared to other than any other IAS officer in India.

There should different IAS like (Medical),(Finance), Engineering,Forestry, General,etc with eligibility criteria being professionals in that fields after passing IAS exams. For eg. only a doctor after passing IAS can become IAS(Medical)

You are a walking Library and I love the statement you said "You would love to share your knowledge to future generation as possible as before you die? and definitely I, current and future generation needed your intellectual treasure and your deep analysis on the subject. I was one of the beneficiary of Right To Information Act and many people do not know. Wherever possible, I try to make aware of this Act to the people that I acquaint with, at least, to contribute something from my side. I wish you would have some time to make short knowledge videos / sessions on the some topics (I know there is nothing like you do not know in Indian politics) such as Rights / Acts, also your views and analysis on some past and current issues so that people can listen, benefit and change (I hope). This could be a video library for the future generations and at least they see your point of view and may think right. Congratulations Deva Katta Sir. I am yet to watch Republic movie but anxious to watch it but I did watch your other two movies (Prasthanam and Auto nagar Surya).
