Trump’s rise from joke to maybe third partying and really taking a significant vote away to the GOP rep for president is not just surprising but really unheard of. Purely an American underdog story really.

It's 2022 now, when I look back watch this video and I understand why DT got elected. He is a pure business man and can go straight to the goal without any hesitation, that is a main factor that other politicans don't have, because they have own interests right there. DT only considered about"how to make America great again" by building wall against Mex for example.

The debate moderators area always asking the Dems, especially Bernie how they'll pay for their programs. Not one moderator has asked any of the Republicans how they'll pay for the war and defense spending they ALL support.

Marco Rubio was a poor candidate. Not just his youth; for example Obama and Ramaswamy (two young candidates during their time, even in opposing parties) seem/seemed more knowledgeable and charismatic, listening to Rubio is like listening to a kid.

Trump isn't that bad despite what the media says and thry also tend to take what he says out of context. Trump does say some idiotic things sometimes, but thats probably just the competition getting to his head. In my opinion, he probably does have the skills and mindset to be president, but I also think Carson does too, despite his recent low polls.

At the 7:10 Mark, Dr. Ben Carson says *The Constitution doesnt actually address that particular situation* (of the Death of a Supreme Court Justice). With all due respect to you, Dr. Carson, that is not true. In Article II, Section 2, Paragraph 2, the Constitution says: *He [ The President ] shall have power to nominate and with the advice and consent of the Senate appoint...Justices to the Supreme Court* As Senator Marco Rubio later pointed out, at the 9:10 Mark, *the Constitution is not there to be interpreted based on the fads of the moment*. Justice Scalia was a champion of the original meaning of the Constitution. The original meaning of Article II, Section 2, Paragraph 2 is very clear, Dr. Carson. As far as the Life Expectancy being longer now, in 2016, than it was when the Constitution was written in 1787, (as Dr. Carson mentioned), that is a SEPARATE issue from the fact that the President, regardless as to how much of his term is left, DOES have the power to Nominate persons to fill a Supreme Court vacancy!!! Dr. Carson, if you want the States of the Congress to propose a Constitutional Amendment ( as per Article V) that would restrict the terms of SCOTUS Judges to say, 10 or 15 years, you are free to campaign for that. But now we have to deal with the Constitution we have NOW, not based upon an amendment that has NOT even been proposed. *************************** **************** ******************* Other Candidates agreed with Sen. McConnell that the NEXT President should Nominate someone to fill the seat. Aside from having many 4 to 4 Decisions in the next 11 months, remember that in 2008 and 2012, many persons reminded Americans that the president we elect in 2008 or the President we Elect or RE-Elect in 2012, could very well Nominate 1 or more SCOTUS Justices. We do not and should not wait 11 or 12 months to have this vacancy filled. If the SCOTUS rules 4 to 4, there is currently NO ONE to break the tie and the lower Court Ruling (whatever it is) will be left standing.
Trump said he expected Obama to nominate someone and he did - Merrick Garland - and if the demonrats controlled the senate, they would have confirmed him. Obama did the same as trump, but trump had a senate on his side.

Bush was arguably the worst president of all time lol. Trump was the only one speaking the truth. He didn’t keep the country safe. And there were no weapons.
He was the best choice he brought jobs back and drained the swap. Anyone else would been just another George W. Bush. Ben Carson was my and most people’s second choice if trump dropped out.
