Republican National Convention has people that were not expected to ‘endorse Trump’ 

As a lifelong Republican (and Conservative) I watched the entire Convention and my take is the Republicans are displaying to America that we are a very diverse party, willing to listen, and open to ideas from a broad spectrum of Americans. Personally, I welcome that. For FAR to long I've been silenced by the Left to the point I can't even have a discussion with ANYBODY. Now, these people that I've been prevented speaking with are speaking out and supporting Trump. They don't like it either. I say, "Welcome to our Party. Lets discuss policy and Make America Great Again."

I did not like Trump at all back in 2016 because of the bad press he got but after years of Media lies I to have changed my mind.

She is wrong,,,True Trumpers are inclusive of all working people, unions & religion, we respect the choice of the individual, even if our views differ.

Have you watched Trump rallies? I mean, REALLY watched? The true Trump supporters welcome everyone. I'm guessing 90% of his base is perfectly fine with these "unexpected" endorsements, if not more.

I am a Christian conservative constitutionalist, as a Christian, We invite all people to know Christ, but we don’t force them. We completely believe in unity (Christians uniting in Christ), and I do believe the focus was mostly on the Christian aspects, we want that for all people, so I hope he does bring in more that are not consider to be mega or deplorable as Clinton would say 😅 I am excited to bring in the different cultures to our Judeo Christian foundation of our country❤️🇺🇸✝️

I think it's great that they had people represented at the RNC that others may not normally associate with the Republican party and I find it insulting that the female anchor would say that Trump's base wouldn't appreciate it. Full stop, NO, you're wrong! I'm black, I voted for Trump in 2016, 2020, and will vote again for him in 2024! We actually are a more diverse group than you apparently realize and that's the point I want to make. We are Americans first and we share a lot of common ground in values, hopes for our future, concerns about preserving our heritage of freedom, the Constitution, and our desire for individual economic prosperity regardless of what we look like or where we've come from. That is what the Republican party is finally starting to recognize and also let the country know. And I cannot overstate that Trump has been the impetus for that vision! He had many accomplishments as our President, but I will just point out one other. During his tenure our country was more prosperous because of what he did--I hadn't paid under $2.00 for gas in more than a decade! When you go from paying $80 to fill your tank to $40 that makes a huge difference in your purchasing power in other needed areas. The price of gas has a downstream effect throughout the economy because it effects the cost of transportation of goods and services. Energy independence, I'm all for it! Politicians for years had been promising the Keystone pipeline, but Trump did it! Why? Because he knew it was important for the American people and our economy. He is a true servant leader, unlike most of the politicians who are only committed to being reelected and don't care about the everyday concerns of the average American citizen. Instead, they want to force unaffordable electric vehicles on us. They are out of touch with the American people. Trump IS in touch with us, and that is why we, his supporters, love him!
