This week I'm taking a look at the viability of the Creality CR-30 for use in our fabrication environment. Hows the quality? Will it be reliable long term? How's the maintenance? What issues have there been so far? Have a look for my initial thoughts on it as we continue to put it to the test on the Repkord print farm.

was hoping to use the mosaic palette 3 pro with my 3d print mill to print signs in colour - but no usb port - have u got it working without usb yet ?

Nice overview, I'm still hesitant for the price, but if it can be justified, I see why you'd like it for production runs

Its like anything really... right tool for the job. Is it great for everything? Absolutely not. Is it adequate for some things? Definitely. Can the price per part number be beaten for the parts it is good at printing? Not with anyhing else Im aware of ATM. Will it continue to improve over time? 💯

i have one of the print mill, they say it can only go for 200 hours at a time, have u managed to get this working longer ?

now that you have a few months under your belt with them, Prusa vs CR30 for a print farm. Which one keeps on printing with the least amount of breakdowns??

Yes, the newest belts that are shipping with CR30 once washed with IPA along with the optimizations in Kiri:Moto slicer have worked wonders, getting good PETG adhesion results.
