DXM was an Israeli industrial, rock and pop band that became famous for its industrial and dark style. From the important fringe bands that worked in the eighties and the pioneers of electronic music in Israel.
DXM mainly made music in English, using metal effects, motors, hair dryers and drills in their recordings. The band, formed in 1984, disbanded after releasing its first album (after tapes it released over the years, the covers of which were designed by Yariv Alter, who was also a graphic designer) "Grin", in 1993.
The composition of the band changed several times, but the core was the trio, Yariv Alter, Ronen Hoffman and Carney Postel.

If you are here from the 1984 video, here's the link for the first song:
DXM - Velvet (קטיפה) On the album it is written that the name of the song in English is Velevet - it seems to be a spelling error.
• DXM - קטיפה
