Hello Ma'am, came here in North Dakota through fiance visa and now married waiting for the green card visa, registered nurse in the Philippines and planning to take an NCLEX test. I google on how to apply an exam and it showed there that aside from evaluating my documents I still need to take CGFNS exam and an IELTS as well.
