Rescue 50 responding to a medical assist in the Lancaster County Park. We were dispatched to help EMS access a patient with a back injury in the park. After crews found the best way to access the patient, they were able to walk out with EMS and the crew from Engine 64-3. At first there was an issue with the dispatch that we had no pager or siren activation. Soon after a few of us realized there was a call we got to the station and had county redispatch it. You can listen to the siren activation at the beginning of the video (we leave at 2:15). Then at 5:53 we had a car pull out in front of us. We narrowly missed hitting them.
