This reformatted version of Rescue 911 was aired syndicated on local stations, the one I know it used to come on WCSC in South Carolina in the 1990's, while reruns of the original format aired on The Family Channel (now Freeform) and new episodes being aired on CBS during the same time.

Did Odyssey/Hallmark air these when they reran “rescue 911“ in 2000/2002? I know DHC redubbed all the syndicated episode previews for the first, second and third sets (or at least, the very small portions of each set that they showed,) and that the Justice Network (now the true crime Netwerk) never aired these first set previews for whatever reason.
Odyssey and Hallmark showed the previews at the beginning (which is where most of these came from). The Family Channel did too when they showed syndicated episodes. When the first set originally aired on local channels, the previews were shown at the end to promote the next day's episode, and there was no preview at the beginning (just the disclaimer). So the way Justice/True Crime, GetTV, and Pluto show them is the way they were originally (minus the preview at the end).
I’m sorry but while I have nothing against female announcers, they shouldn’t have re-dubbed the syndicated episode previews with this person’s voice when Discovery Health Channel reran them; her voice just doesn’t fit the tone of the show. should’ve just kept Chuck Riley‘s voice in the episodes from the first two sets and whoever voiced the previews in the third set; don’t know his name.
I have a tendency to look up voiceover artists who I’ve heard narrate things. One of the people who has posted various “Rescue 911“ promos on their channel once mentioned in the video description for one of them that it was voiced by Chuck Riley, so I looked him up; he was one of the voices of CBS throughout the 80s and 90s along with Mark Elliott, who was best known as the voice of Disney. Anyway after I learned his name and all that, I searched for voiceover clips of him on here and they sure sounded like the voice I heard on all the “Rescue 911“ promos, so…
