I adopted a 3 month old rescue chihuahua in February 2013, 2.16 pounds, already spayed. She’s has had nothing but joint problems with both knee joints and had surgery on her neck 2 years ago because of underdeveloped bones in her neck collapsed and she became completely paralyzed. Surgery repaired it and she’s able to walk again. She also has curvature of her spine. She will be 13 in November. Surgeon said it was because of being spayed too young and stopped hormones for growth and development. I remember as a kid we got a puppy and we had her spayed after letting her go into heat one time.
"Somebody will step up" is why America is in the shape it is. We always assume someone else will fix the problems. Problem is that it's always the same people giving.
We don't know the nature of the story here's the nature of the story this country has so many child and animal abusers it's absolutely disgusting I'm getting tired of my own country😢😢😢😢😢😢
Please make a donation to your local rescue they rely heavy on donations or if you can’t please volunteer. Rescues rely heavily on donations and volunteers. Yes I do volunteer with a local rescue and do what I can financially to help them
Where's the rich pleople famous pleople that have big houses and money reach out to them to help out whit adoption or donations... I have 2 dogs love them my babies

It would help if people would stop only adopting only the animal is on the news, kind of a celebrity OR bringing more homeless animals from out of the country.
