I used to work at a shelter and we have had newborn kittens abandoned with their umbilical cords still attached. Thankfully they survived and were adopted. This is exactly why all our animals have to be spayed or neutered before being adopted out

Been there. My GSD began eating her puppies after she gave birth (I had never heard of such a thing with dogs but according to the vet, it happens a lot.). So I had to remove them from her and my husband and I bottle-fed them and cared for them until they were old enough to be adopted. She had 12 babies, killed 4, and we rescued the remaining 8. It wasn't easy, but it is something I will never forget...amazing experience. God is good.

Can't imagine who has the heart to abandon these poor sweethearts!! I'm really thankful you were able to find them ❤🐕

Those poor babies didn't deserve to be viciously torn from their mother. As small as these puppies were, that's the stage they need their mother the most. Some people are just cruel to animals, especially dogs & puppies. I have two fur-babies of my own and my youngest one (a male) was abandon in our backyard on a cold, raining, windy night (no lies). We were happy to take him in, as our own. We gave him a warm bath to get the chill off of him and we just wrap him in a clean towel..(not the one we use to dry him). Our first fur-baby (a female) was given to us by my nephew. Therefore, thank you so much for saving those adorable babies that were left on the side of a "probably" busy road. How incredibly cruel to separate them from the Mother and leave them in the sun to suffer horribly and die. Bless you for saving them and such a wonderful foster Mom, with the hot water bottles, and constant bottle feeds. Poor pups. Hope they found homes.
