Absolutely amazing food for thought, told masterfully. I've come to understand in recent weeks that if I'm not broken before God regularly, I'm not walking with Him. Thanks for the beautiful reminder.
Judgement is the greatest event that we,sinners should prepare of. Forget the lusts of our flesh, but remember the eternal death in the lake of fire. While we still here, living in the earth, let us fill our lives in serving God,Enjoying and Glorifying Him forever. Repent.believe.accept Jesus as our personal savior. And we will be rescued by the Greatest punishment.
@@lyannebenid9418 no to repent means to have a change of mind and that change of mind will make you turn away from your sins. you have to forsake your sins.

Absolutely exceptional!!!! This audiobook causes tears, praise, and repentance. May we all be like Velma, having our names found in The Book. Praise God!!!!!
Right. It really bothers me that there are many people out there who say or think they are Christians, but they are not. They may have been baptized, gone to Sunday School, said a prayer at the altar, or have parents who are Christians, but NONE of these truly save! Only those who sincerely repent of their sin and fully trust in Jesus Christ for salvation are truly saved. The Christian life is NOT going to be easy, but it is TOTALLY worth more than any worldly things we can achieve here.
@@andrewsstation6436 true, but going to the other extreme "hyper legalism condemnation and dogma" is also dangerous. Those that are born again in the spirit can follow his commands and fight sin and temptation. Those that don't know the fear of the lord will. This is one of those stories you ask the holy spirit to guide you through and see through his eyes. Lately I've been seeing denominations and religion aren't enough, Sundays only etc you have to live as Jesus did and follow God's example.
Wow my dad and mom were so right I try really hard but I still fear death and the judgement in really scared and yes I'm 10 and a Christian I love God and he IS my savior . I have one more thing to say all people of the world THE WORLD IS TRULY COMING TO AN END 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😟😟😟😢😢😢
If you've repented of your sins and you're putting your complete trust in Jesus's perfect life, His death on that old rugged cross for the forgiveness of your sins and His bodily resurrection from the dead for your justification, you have no need to fear His judgement. Also, for your benefit, there are two types of fear, the first of which is being afraid that something bad will happen to you and to fear the Lord is to be in awe of His holiness, to give Him complete reverence and to acknowledge your sin to Him and when it comes to the topic of His holiness, one passage that often comes to me is the beginning of Isaiah 6, where the prophet has a vision of the Lord Himself seated on His throne in all of His glory and in this vision, he hears the six-winged seraphim, as with two of their wings they cover their faces, with two they cover their feet and with two they fly, they cry to each other, "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts! The whole earth is full of His glory!" When Isaiah sees and hears all of this, in terror, he realizes his unworthiness to stand before this King of all kings, but mercifully, one of the seraphim comes to him with a burning coal in his hand. He touches Isaiah's mouth with it and assures him that his iniquity is taken away and his sins are forgiven. So, I want to encourage you with the Truth that one of the marks of a true Christian is when you continually come to the Lord in repentance, acknowledge your sin to Him and your need to be forgiven. In fact, in 1 John 1:8-9, the apostle John makes it clear that if we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the Truth is not in us. if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 💛
If you've truly repented of your sins and put your complete trust in Jesus's perfect life, His death on that old rugged cross for the forgiveness of your sins and His bodily resurrection from the dead for your justification and you continue to do so throughout your daily life, you have no reason to be terrified, because Jesus is your advocate and He is pleading your case and praying for you. Also, I want you to know that there are two types of fear: First, there is a fear that something bad will happen. Secondly and lastly, there is the fear of the Lord, which is when you come before Him acknowledging your sin and His holiness and you give your complete reverence to Him.
An amazing story and what's more important is the fact we all will give an account of the deeds done in our lives. Thank God Jesus paid the way for us!
Thanks guys for the comments. Please listen to the whole thing if you plan on giving thumbs down or negative comments. John explains everything in the end
I agree with you, and although I indeed feel terrible for them going to hell for all eternity, at times I feel angry at them for what they did to hurt other people (Hal cheating others and Carrie gossiping). In the end though, their punishment is completely just and they had many opportunities to repent but chose not to.
@@GooglyMoogly68 Of course, but there are plenty of real life people just like them: Dishonest businessmen who put their own profits ahead of the law, the safety and well- being of their customers, and basic human decency, and shameless gossips whose venomous words cause so much needless misery and strife. Hopefully one or two of them heard this audio drama at some point and repented.
And "professing Christians" who claim or believe they are saved but are actually self-deceived. They need to realize the danger they are facing if they do not repent and turn to Jesus.
Phenomenal story! Thanks for posting!! You are not justified by works, but by faith!!! That is Bible!! But the scriptures most forget or overlook also say, “ Faith without works is dead! Show your faith by your works!” That’s Bible too!! Balance is Gods key in everything!!

a terrifying story and really inspiring to the heart. lets love GOD till our leave of this world, we will meet our Lord Jesus someday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very educational. The 1:23:01 mark thru the 1:23:25 mark & the 1:31:06 mark thru 1:36:38 prove why God hates the “Once Saved Always Saved” doctrine and the sinner’s prayer that includes “I make you Lord and Savior” or “I invite”. The 1:26:48 mark thru the 1:29:02 mark also proves why we need to keep God’s commandments (ceremonial law, civil law, dietary law and moral law) and Jesus’s commandments.
I have heard of stories of true Christians having visions of hell, and they were warned they would go there because they refused to forgive others or were contemplating suicide. I believe that these visions are true, and that a true Christian can abandon their condition of salvation if they don’t continue in their faith and obedience to God.
Ephesians 2:8-9 and Acts 10:15 The ceremonial, civil, dietary and moral laws were kept by the people of Moses as a reminder of how they were brought out of Egypt. The commandments of Jesus are more important to us as they help us build a more righteous, fruitful life towards Him, save for the Sabbath Day which was also ordained for the Israelites.

@@christhibodeaux242 Let’s look at Romans 10:4. The word “end” in Romans 10:4 is not what most people want you to believe. The word “end” has the Greek term “telos” meaning “target”. If you are practicing bow and arrow, then you want to make sure that arrow is aiming at the center of the target. Romans 10:4 actually means that Christ is the target or aim of the Torah.
We should all make ourselves ready to give an account of our stewardship on earth as well as repent from the life we have lived that is displeasing to God and make sure our name is found in the book of life otherwise we will be cast in the lake of fire for all eternity
Well, Ron, I don't need to be told to fear God, as I see God as judge more than Saviour. I am the sort of person who needs more carrot than whip - being a worrier to begin with. A drama like this makes me neurotic!!!

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. By this is love perfected with us, so that we may have confidence for the day of judgment, because as he is so also are we in this world. 1 John 4:15-17

Hi Mufkins. When you make Jesus your LORD and your Savior - LORD meaning you do what He says to do - like repent of sins, forgive as you have been forgiven, and love others, and don’t do what He says not to do - like repaying evil for evil, coveting,... you are both saved and walking with Him. Spend time WITH Him - in His word, looking at His creation and talking to Him about it, asking Him to speak to you through His Spirit. Read Hebrews 10:19-22 - it’s beautiful.

He committed embezzlement of some sort, I don't know exactly, but It seemed like he wasn't honest, and he says, "I got plenty of places to hide the money," so that's what I figure.
The book this audio drama is based on explains it a lot better. In life, Hal ran a pretty successful housing and real estate company, building homes for people. Problem is, when Hal's life was replayed before God, it was revealed that a big part of the reason WHY he was so successful was because he relied on a lot of extremely dishonest, unethical, and often illegal business practices. For instance, in the book, one of the incidents from Hal's life that is replayed before God involved Hal deliberately arranging for one of his houses to be built using lumber that he knew was substandard and potentially unsafe because it was less expensive than up- to- code lumber. Another incident shown involved him arranging to have someone from the City Planning Commission bribed into looking the other way so that Hal could be allowed to build on an area that had been designated a floodplain (That's what 1:21:42- 1:21:53 in this audio drama was alluding to; The "envelope" Hal was referring to contained a cash bribe). In short, Hal was a man who cared a great deal more about his own profits than he did about the law, the safety and well-being of his customers, or general human decency; Definitely not the attitude of someone who truly follows Jesus. Scripture is littered with verses condemning such greedy, corrupt, and dishonest practices, showing that Christian businessmen need to conduct their affairs with honesty and integrity.
Oh no! Don’t you believe that lie! Do you know how many sins Jesus died for??? All of your sins joined that countless number of all the sins of others that have ever been committed; THEY ARE ALL PAID FOR. Believe and receive that fact, and that because of the finished work on the cross by The Savior of the world you can be forgiven, cleansed, free, saved! @@sdougl047According to Jesus in Matthew 7:13-14, far more people are going to hell than heaven: “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. But you can avoid that place by repenting of your sin, fully trusting in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and living for Him.
Whenever I watch this video, a few questions always come to mind. First of all, I thought the judgement took place after the conclusion of the millennial kingdom according to the book of Revelation. This audio drama seems to imply that it occurs almost immediately after death, which seems to contradict the millennial kingdom theory. According to that theory, a person’s soul would have departed centuries ago. But I guess for the purposes of this video, the Judgment takes place after the soul is released. Also, we don’t find out about the fate of everyone else in the submarine, including the person piloting it. Also we don’t find out about what happened with the corrupt coast guard crew who put the church members lives in danger. One last thing, when Carrie is being judged and God says to her “You have already been rewarded for your service”, what rewards was He referring to. Earthly blessings? Attention?
This is like the perfect horror story. That Jesus only loves those that are perfect and anyone that is imperfect gets tortured for eternity in the Chasm. Your reward for being perfect all your life is to watch those people get tortured for eternity. And if you aren't happy that people are being tortured you get sent to the chasm. Given that people in "heaven" can be sent to the chasm but people in the chasm cannot go to heaven, eventually everyone will end up in the chasm and heaven will be empty. God's planned for everyone is to be sent to the chasm.
We can never be perfect, and He accepts that. That’s the beauty of repentance. From what I’ve heard so far, the reason those people went to Hell is because they didn’t repent, they didn’t open their hearts, and they went against God. There are many examples of people in the Bible being saved from sin, so long as they accept Christ. Hell is definitely scary, but if we lead with biblical love, I believe all will be okay.
@@emmelinaa Well, in this story people accepted Jesus and repented but still went to hell because they didn't have a perfect heart condition. Like one woman did everything she was supposed to do but she was a gossiper and went to hell for it. Not every forgiving of sin then. Fortunately the Divine is loving and would never torture anyone. A lie told by Christians to control people.

Hal Nueman was guilty for denying Christ. There was a scene where Hal was unfair, was a thief. He didn't pray in a long time, he didn't do what God was telling him to do. Listen to 1 hour and 20 minutes. It will explain it. I hope this helps :)
Okay, this is a very weird audio drama. For exactly the first hour and 20 minutes, it's actually pretty engaging, and tells the story of a Christian church having to deal with a travesty where God doesn't seem to be helping them. However, at exactly the 1:20:00 mark, This audio trauma reveals its true nature, as literally the rest of it is just trying to justify the cruel tyranic and dictator God of the Bible. I've only listened up to the 1:47:32 mark, But I highly doubt this audio drama is going to be able to make up for the last half an hour of garbage. I just listen to. Literally every single line between the two time stamps I've marked is cringy to some extent. And I literally mean that. I would love to break down every single problem I have with this, but literally every single line I could talk for at least 5 minutes about why I think it's bad. If you're a Christian who's a good person, then you will probably be able to enjoy this, but if you're literally anyone else, I recommend you listen for the first hour and 15 minutes and then just leave.
