I’m already a member and this course is worth every penny. It has helped me tremendously understand my seller taxes. This course is a write off as well because it’s continuing education. Thank you Mark.

Hi Mark, I just watched your first lesson and received the information on the discount starting on the 18th. My question is I am retired and can make X amount of dollars more than what I get in Social Security before having to pay taxes on it. Is this something that you’re familiar with and will this course help me with that type of information as to how a retiree does reselling.

I have tried to use your link to the academy from your you tube, from Hustle at Home Mom, and from Google and my browser keeps blocking it say there is malware. Can you tell me what is going on?
@notyourdadscpa
@notyourdadscpa Год назад
I have heard about that very rarely. You may need to try in a different browser, disable your malware program, or at least green light the specific URL. There is one out there that does not recognize kajabi which is where I host my program.

Is it just for resellers? What about if I make my own products?

Hi Mark, Just found you on RU-vid and have really enjoyed your videos. I know you mention 'resellers' - will your course also be for those who just sell products (I make soap) online. Also, will this help me with doing my taxes by myself (as I don't currently have a CPA)? Thanks for all the great content. Looking forward to learning more from you!
@notyourdadscpa
@notyourdadscpa 2 года назад
Yes it's just easier to say! It's focused on helping those who sell stuff online but will be applicable to most self-employed businesses. It's not necessarily a tutorial on how to do your taxes, but it will definitely help you understand what's going on as you go through the questions when you are preparing your own taxes.

I had purchased your course a year ago, but cannot seem to access the login page. The page I had bookmarked is no longer accessible. Could you direct me where to login? I had not used the course bc I had to close my business during covid. I'm starting again this month. I am also interested in your company preparing my business taxes for 2022. Thanks for your help.

idk why wed do this when we can just hire a CPA, $400 and boom your set all your taxes are done. no work at all just hand over your info

And that could be all some people need. It's not so much about how to prepare your taxes but rather what to do during the year that will make it so you can get extract the most savings when you do prepare your taxes.

Are you really an elder millennial? I thought you were X, sorry if I'm trying to make you older than you are. 🤣 I like to go with Xennial, they are a subset of X and Y that have a better definition I think, I don't really feel like a millennial.

1983! They always told me I was Gen Y, until eventually some genius decided to lump us all in with millennials 🤷🏼‍♂️ I feel like kids who grew up with VHS tapes and dial-up internet deserve their own category 🙂

@@notyourdadscpa omg I'm also 83! Year twins! lmao Ya the Y and millennial names are almost the same with a small discrepancy in years (they were just determined by different researchers rather than being smart and developing one name). But obviously we grew up with a very different childhood compared to later in the same category. Which is why "xennial" is more descriptive. Also known as "The Oregon Trail" generation. @@notyourdadscpa We are called "Cuspers"!! There's about a 5 year chunk of time where the people born are different from the rest due to their very unique upbringing. This is especially true with Cuspers between Generation X & Millennials. We have characteristics of Gen X & Millennials, as do all Cuspers, but we grew up in: An age where there were no cell phones. We'd jump on our bikes, ride till the street lights came on and our parents never worried. Most of us were latchkey kids. We grew up at the height of growth in computers but hardly anyone owned a personal computer. Libraries were cool hangout spots. It was legal to ride your bike with a note to the corner store & buy cigarettes for your parents when we were 8, 9 or 10 years old and/or you could even run into a Dunkin Donuts and buy them out of a vending machine! Everyone had 5 TV channels: ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX & PBS and they ALL did the national anthem at the end of the night & turned off. Pay phones were everywhere. Times were more innocent for sure. Cuspers are incredibly unique & I think our Cusper time frame is the most unusual of all! That is until the Cuspers of Generation Alpha grow up!!

It doesn't specifically cover the taxability of social security, although I like that idea for a future lesson I could add. However everything in the course will still apply to you as a retiree. (You'll still pay self-employment tax, etc )
@sellsformoola
@sellsformoola 2 года назад
@@notyourdadscpa I can make 51,000+ as of 2022 as I’m fully retired without the $1 deduction per every $3. As a sole proprietor your saying I still pay self employment tax. And your course will explain the percentage I need to pay. Also how to get the write offs as a home owner/cog/office/driving/utilities, etc.
