Steve you made a great point and one I was thinking of the other day. Goodwill used to be regarded as a legit charity store, all about benefiting folks with no money who couldn't afford stuff at the regular store. Now? They might as well rename those stores "Reseller Depot", because I swear everyone in there is a hardcore reseller of something. I've started going as I like to look through the music CDs where I've got into collecting those. It's the same local resellers there all the time, filling up carts, examining everything in the store with lazer focus, looking for profit on anything they see. It's just sad how it's become like that. And not just the greed of the resellers either, but those who are willing to pay exorbitant prices for all this stuff resold from Goodwill. Nobody manages their money or time properly anymore, in turn throwing away probably a fortune "for convenience", which ultimately enables all of this flipping culture in the first place. I could go off into a bigger rant about how everyone is content to be ripped off these days, and no one will protest with their wallets anymore. It's a whole thing.
Oh yeah dude it’s real sad especially the clothes resellers because then all of the legitimate less fortunate people that go in there can’t even get a decent brand shirt because the resellers have literally liquidated the inventory and left all of the generic stuff. People that resell like that are total tyrants to society.
Read Goodwill's mission statement. They have never been a store for less fortunate people. They use the money they make from the sale of goods to support their job training initiative.

No charity shop was conceived as a plan for the Internet savvy to get their side-hustle money up. You are taking advantage of people's generosity and turning into your personal greed and self-interest.

As a gaming hobbyist and part time scumbag reseller I have to say I would probably put myself on the fairly butt or possibly flip my grandma level. I don't source from Goodwill anymore due to the fact it just feels weird. I do source from other thrift stores, especially the ones that operate for profit...they're basically resellers too. I also get stuff from local scrappers that clean houses and stuff like that. They bring me things and I buy them off them. If I ever decide to make content, it'd be an honor to make your list. Good work Steve. It seems most of the resellers mentioned have taken it in good humor. Reseller community needs a heckler and an accountability advocate...and you do it with humor. It’s a good list. Froggy is probably the most genuine dude on there. I’ve watched his videos and cat pays up and what the seller wants, keeps a ton for his collection and he even had a video having a garage sale selling stuff dirt cheap to clear it out (prob to other resellers off the platform, honestly). As a sub since the beginning, keep up the good shiz homie.
I use to resell years ago, and work at a thrift store so I've seen it all, the good and bad of both sides lol. Brah some people would come in shopping 3 times in the same day.

In my defense I have never once lied to get something. Also the video in reference I waited for 15 min for a price. I edited the waiting out as it doesn’t make for a good video to stand there doing nothing for 15 min. After 15 min he still couldn’t give me a price for an item that he had out at a yard sale for sale. I offered as much as 200 for what might have been worth 300. He still wouldn’t give me a price. His prerogative, his stuff. Just seemed kind of odd that he was trying to sell something at a yard sale but after all that time he still couldn’t come up with a price. Also I’m from SoCal. Not exactly a red neck but I have to admit I like quite a few red necks.
Gotta say.. I love watching your videos sometimes because people always don't understand when we do videos like this, its not that we hate these people (usually), its just calling them out for the stuff they do. I got some heck a while back for my DKOldies videos. Literally trolls emerging in my DMs about how they bought consoles and they were great. I was like yeah, I would hope so.. Yeah. I told some people if you are rich and going to buy consoles from them, make sure they are consoles like that and not the 360 and PS3 and stuff. I've seen and heard many people getting Red Ring of Death 360s and Yellow Light of Death PS3s.@@steviefreakinc

Where do you find the xbox better? the ps5 feels much faster and slicker on the OS. As does typing etc as it usually does. I'd say ps5 is better with a better future to invest your games. that is a fairly neutral opinion.
Well I love both for sure. I love the switch too even with it's downsides of performance. I just prefer the Xbox for a few reasons. Usually the games are cheaper on the used market, more friends play on Xbox Live and Gamepass is good to have sometimes. I also play on PC a lot and I own a few play anywhere titles like Ark, Sea of Thieves, Minecraft etc. Which allows me to buy the game once and play it on both. I also prefer the Series X controller over the PS5 controller. Both are phenomenal don't get it mistaken. But I find my hands aching after long playstation sessions.
The vast majority of resellers are bad they have ruined the hobby most of them don't care about what they're buying it's just the money there are others that aren't mentioned on here tendo AKA Dallas Lee blaton, thrifting treasures, and collectibles guru who's complete scum, which gets me now to Logan Paul people don't realize how much damage Logan Paul did to the to the Pokemon card hobby now you have to be a millionaire and then fights broke out in Target over Pokemon cards all because of this guy wanting clout he decides to make a RU-vid video oh I'm going to collect Pokemon they're pretty much all scummy sleazy retro Rick is getting out of hand justifying the prices of DK oldies and his latest video someone's got to get the word out about
Collecting video games or trading cards was always something you could count on to be available and affordable and you're right man. Social media has driven new people into the hobby and the companies just aren't meeting the demand. I think that's why a lot of game publishers prefer digital because it creates an infinite supply while also giving them more control over the content.
That whole excuse of "Resellers are neccessary to get the games into the hands of those that can't go into the store or place selling said game/item" Is a load of BS

But when he showed up to gamestop or the thrift, some reseller bought up all the 5 dollar games to sell for 10 to 100 bucks. Now little timmy can't buy a game to play.
We totally get both sides of the argument. That being said, here's an honest question: I am trying to find a 3DS physical game that does not exist anywhere in my state, or within driving distance. I live in a big city, with plenty of resources available, but I can't find it. How would someone in this circumstance expect to get that physical game? I'm curious about your thoughts on this...

I used to watch Paul Cantu back in the day but as you said the way he talks is ridiculous. Then I found out he gets "early" access so he's able to get holy grail shirts on the regular and started his own website because of it. I'm not definitely not a hater of hard work but when 90% of the people out here are grinding and you get early access it really isn't fair especially when he lives in a City with over 7 million people. Again not a hater but having a level playing field would weed out all the degenerates who Resell.

I love Phoenix resele but lately with the 1 up app I have to quite watching half way through I miss his origional content, I'm a buisness savy person been doing it before Calib was in dippers no offence just true, I use to take PDA scanners into toys r us, walmart, target to resale on amazon using the same concept with basic algorithyms that cost little to nothing it was massivly lucrative till everyone drove the cost to pennies on the dollar due to mass quanity sellers. It can be done at levels that don't make you wally world level thats what destroys it not for just buyers but regullar real sellers that just want to make a extra 20 k a year as a part time gig not millions which is really not nessasry on a neich it will only destroy the market

I've seen it sometimes but Emceemur said in a video once that his videos would get clicked off when gameplay would start so he stopped showing gameplay. But he has started to show gameplay again.

You've lost your mind. Froggy almost always pays up when he is educated on the item. He doesn't even do much resell related content anymore. It's mostly just him buying for his own collection. Of all the resellers on the list Froggy is a lock for the Not Too Bad category.
