How far are we going to have reservation? until we have basic minimum equal quality of teaching irrespective of the place which is possible through technological interventions and building up infrastructure for the same 2. Has reservation benefited the way we expected? Has the objective of social justice met? It hasn’t benefitted the way we expected. 3. Do we need a better model of reservation? The model suggested by you based on income is a great one. Especially here, the reservation only for government school children is a very good practical idea 4. What is offered to the children who are in majority and still not getting the benefits? Here, EWS Category should suffice. Kindly throw some light here, sir if you feel otherwise. On raising the status of the teachers. Small acts like the popular people of the society offering proper obeisances whenever they meet their guru or having a formal post of a Purohit like in older times in the government which changes with a shuffle at the highest command can be worked out here

Sir I think before talking about de-reserving the reserved vacant seats we should talk about 2 questions: 1. More fundamental question is that is reservation is only state sponsored one or it is also possible that society is already giving reservation in practical sense ( example: as you know sir about current DU asstt pro appointments process and also earlier one. The process is absolutely corrupt and 50 percent defacto reservation is given to unreserved categories.) 2. A specific question that is it not a worth mentioning that how a interview panel judge someone NFS ( Not Fount Suitable) solely on the basis of interview and no any other exam and then seats got vacant. Govt need to look into the performance of current reservation scheme but will it? I don't think so because of its populist nature.But if reserved category itself ask for changes then there might be some effort from the govt side.
