Very tired inside and quite dark. Needs completely re decorating etc. outside brilliant. Over priced for me due to the work that needs doing. New kitchen a must also.

legalization process, paperwork NOT in order? I wouldn't trust it, even though the vendors say they will pay for eventual costs. If they don't keep their promise, you'd have to start litigating. And by then the vendors will probably have left the country already. Especially when you're a foreigner buying into another country, that's not something to look forward to. If not, this would be on my shortlist, but now I'm erasing it from my memory. Sorry.
We perfectly understand this comment, hence why we've made this important note in our description. If this is not something a buyer is willing to accept, that's perfectly fine. We feel being transparent about it is more important. Other agents offer this property, and they say absolutely NOTHING about the house's legal situation!
