Thank you for your work. I failed in using the instructions provided by the manufacturer and I was about to go buy a new wifi router then I came upon your wonderful youtube instructions and you showed me how to connect the router easily. I'm very grateful to you!

Hi, how do you DISABLE the 5ghz? I ONLY need the 2.4ghz. I have tried in the settings, but will not let me finish setting up the 2.4ghz with adding the 5ghz as well. I have the 6120 range extender. Thanks for any help you can provide
Still can’t get it connected. Won’t go to either website- just continues to say “you are not connected to the internet” I tried using my phone with service, still nothing.
Try this: Right click on Start Windows menu, click on Run, type CMD and enter > type ipconfig in the black DOS screen and press enter> find your default gateway ip address and type it in the address line in your internet browser.

I have the N300 internet extender. I have switched my internet routers but when I go to connect, it keeps showing my old wifi with EXT ending. What do I do? Please help
Whenever you change networks or ISP or change routers/modems, you most likely will need to perform a extender reset by locating and using the RESET button (press and hold for a real 12-14 seconds) while it's plugged into a wall outlet and power is on, then release the RESET button and go through the setup steps again.
Mine does the same thing. I've notice that happens when there in a internet signal or wifi drop out that happens every once in a while. Everything still works good for me.

OK, now, hold on, wait a minute. Is it true that this only lasts for a year? Then you gotta extend the warranty on it to keep using it? I just called technical support And it's always that Foreign person He told me it's $99.99 for 5 years and that's the only option. Then I said you sure? And he hung up on me? Help
