Hey Jess❤️ i usually feel the same when not eating well but i do have acid and i find that when i boil some ginger in water i strain it, add lemon slice and honey works really well for the tummy and any other body pains. Hope this helps much love!!!

Hey Liefie, peppermint tea is really good for bloat and indigestion also if you have IBS. It's definitely the food you may have ate. I had the same issue then had to stop eating gluten and take probiotics. Put a warm cloth on your tummy and have citros soda for instant relief but ultimately it is a gut issue. Loved this vlog you really always out do yourself thank you 😊😊

I used to have that problem my hair was falling out so i started using Tea Tree oil u can get it at dischem or clicks .. Just pour 10 -15 drops of tea tree oil to ur shampoo

Hi liefie yes yes, I actually looooove it for the house it smells like a boujiee hotel so would defs recommend. It lasts quite well considering the price, I always smell it on the pillows when i do turndowns before bed. - but i also wear it sometimes, so get it liefie!
