I know you've said your a gym girl but during the early days of covid I discovered Heather Robertson's channel and it helped me so much! I do have to prioritize rest right now due to hernia repair surgery less than a month ago but I can't wait to get back to it. I just love RU-vid so much, it's helped me get fit, learn to make bread, encourage me to grow a garden and now with you I can become more organized, work on hitting goals and maybe reading a book.
