I've found this is the first winter in a long time I haven't been dreading... and it's the first year in a long time I haven't been totally deep in anxiety about work and vlogmas 🙃 I just think about how I have a great winter coat, and I'm getting new boots and gloves and winter won't slow me down!

Hi Friend! Sending you greetings all the way from LA. Thank you for posting and sharing your life; you are by far the most genuine/ relatable person I've stumbled upon online. I also work in HR (whoot whoot for women grabbing a seat in the corporate world, but better yet whoot whoot for breaking glass ceilings and making a difference). I currently manage an entire HR branch at a global scale, so end of year is interesting to say the least - on top of that, I am doing my best to close out my graduate school semester strong. I can alllllmost see the finish line; after three intense years, I will be obtaining my Masters (GOD willing) May 2023. Heres' to resetting and finishing the year strong, yet relaxed! xoxo

As a new mom, I did not do a single goal setting this year bc I just didn‘t know what to expect. Now I realize that goal setting (not in a being productive way) could help me for the next year. Especially the reflecting part helps me to focus on the great parts of parenting. Time is flying by and sometimes it‘s good to Look back and just be thankful for the little moments. Thank you!

I am a new watcher since maybe two or three months. To the Christmas holiday and where to spend them.. I know the struggle to wich family one should go. First year my boyfriend and I were together we drove 4 hours to my family, to spend Christmas eve there. The first Christmas day we drove 7 hours to get to his family.... when we arrived I couldn't even rest an hour cause everyone was already there... and after Christmas we again had to drive four hours home... since then we celebrate one year with my parents and one year with his. And I have to say if it wouldn't hurt my family as much, I'd always celebrate with his family since it feels less stressful for me 😅
