Whhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii! I'm nearly crying happy tears! It's been years since I was able to pair my headphones. I nearly brought them to a recycling center today, but something told me to try to get it repaired. But all it needed was the hard reset! Thank you so much for this!
will this fix the problem that i experiencing right now? the problem of my headphone is ANC is acting weird on the right side. you know the sound when you make a call and seems the sounds surround you has been amplified (idk what word should i put in)? that´s the sound i experiencing right now on the right side of my headphone. it didn´t match when i activate Noise cancelling.

have you ever encountered the headphones losing connectivity suddenly and then not being able to pair again or even reset itselt? while i was using them they suddenly disconnected. I tried to connect all different ways but it did not work. I tried reseting them but it doesnt seem to reset either. It turns on and off and it works if i use an aux cord but it will not go into pair mode on any device. This happened to me last year but i cant remember how they fixed themselves. thanks
Hi sir, I recently bought this device. Unfortunately I can’t use play/pause function. I can pause but can’t playback. Neither can I forward or backward video. Confused if it’s got to do with software or the machine itself.
I have problem with phone it's always disconnects after some time 1-20 minutes every time , hope it will work . No soft didn't fix it , has been disconnected will try hard reset
Hey man, you have any idea on how to fix ANC hissing issue. Once I turn on the noise cancellation function, I tend to get an obvious whooshing sound on the left ear. Any idea will be greatly appreciated. PS: I already followed the reset video but still, nothings change!
Hey man, if it happens just from one cap it might be something on the hardware side. Did it happen after an update btw. ? Was it hissing less before? I get a little bit of a hissing with ANC switched on but not very noticable tbh.

I can connect my headphones and the sound is fine, but I can't get the microphone to connect. In the sound settings, manage devices when I got to make the microphone the default it says the microphone is disconnected. I can't seem to get it to connect. I'd like to get my microphone connected
How do we go past the first step if the headphones won't charge in the first place ? The red light won't come on when I plug them in so I can't reset them by holding down the power and AC buttons. Please help !
My headphones will turn on and charge just fine but they won't pair with anything and they won't go into pairing mode. I can't soft or hard reset either. What should I do? (The sound is fine when you plug them in with a wire.)
In the morning my headphones were fine. Then she said she needs to be charged. I put her on the charger for a while but now I can not turn her on... nothing works, no reset whatsoever... when I charge, the red LED blinks sometimes... now what?
OK I figured what to do when your headphones are dead and there is no reaction for the buttons and the red LED is slowly blinking while charging. This video helped me a lot: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Kh1cPCjfh34.html The only thing you need though after you have removed the screws from the backside is to unplug the power connector and wait for 10 minutes. Just leave the other cables where they are. I did that, then plug it back and assembled the headphones, put it on the charger overnight (now the red LED is continuously on while charging) and now it is working again perfectly fine!
