Yeah, though that it could still be cool, like that this DLC chapter be similar like "Lost In Nightmares" DLC of Resident Evil 5, in the sense that both DLCs are basically some flashbacks of the past, that reveals more details of the present events of their respective games. Adding that if could exist some DLC chapter of Operation Javier, i imagines Manuela Hidalgo having a similar role like Ashley, in the sense of be a companion that you must to protects, to avoid that she be killed or kidnapped.

I really hope they do come out with DLC for Operation Javier. The fact that RE4R sold so well, you never know.

Right now, we just have Darkside Chronicles from the Wii that had Operation Javier and what led up to RE4. Seeing a big DLC would be great, but that's if Capcom wants to be a bit risky with DLC and not just do Separate Ways and Operation Ada only with Ada and Wesker being added to Mercinaries.

Maybe the part where Ada chases down Krauser and then Krauser picks up Ashley, they could have a seen together. Krauser: Isn't that the B in the red dress (Referencing old games) Ada: Long time no see Krauser: So you are working for Wesker Ada: You catch on quick Krauser: I don't have time to spare with you now but I will get you and your rookie friend soon.

@@MortalSoul13 never saw Ada and Krauser interaction. Unlike in the OG where both of them are working for Wesker and has the mission to retrieved the sample for Wesker Remake Krauser got the sample when he killed Luis, but he returned it to Saddler eventually.

​@@justinedc1077 While still unconfirmed there's a high chance of Krauser still working for Wesker. At least initially. 1. How does Krauser knew about Los Illuminados? Krauser is smart but he isn't as smart to know about this secret organization. It makes sense afrer Operation Javier, he was approached by Wesker to spy on Los Illuminados however when Krauser infiltrated Spain, he became part of the cult. 2. Despite Ada and Krauser not interacting at all (unfortunately) , Ada seemingly knew Krauser. And so does Wesker. When Ada calls Wesker while tailing Krauser she says "Krauser has the Amber." and not "A Man called Krauser has the Amber." . It suggests that Wesker knew who Krauser was. Why would Wesker know Krauser if he was just an American Soldier unless Krauser might have worked for Wesker between the events of Operation Javier and Resident Evil 4. 3. And another small detail is that when Ada informs Wesker about Krauser, Wesker takes a pause before saying something. That pause suggests if not confirms that Krauser was once working for Wesker but have seemingly betrayed him. 4. A small detail in the scene where Ada is trying to Snipe Krauser, as the Cutscene ends and Wesker looks at Krauser, you can see Krauser slightly tilts his head, seemingly towards Wesker. And Wesker smiles. Krauser may acknowledge that Wesker is here to take control of Amber. 5. Near the end of seperate ways, you can find a Note which states he ordered Heavy Duty Firearms to fight Leon and also "a third party he thinks he knows." . Even if he got the message hours before Leon or Ada arrived, why would he say he thinks he knows. Simple suggestion is that he was previously working for Wesker. 6. This might be getting in fanfiction territory but I don't think Krauser died after the battle. A man with Dominant strain of Plaga slained by a stab doesn't square. Maybe even after Krauser's betrayal, Wesker respected him and took him. Wesker could have easily taken Saddler's Top Plaga but he chose Krauser's. Krauser may have resisted but Wesker pacified him.

Partners in the original made no sense though at the time. Krauser just showed up and we was supposed know who he was, but we didn't. At least in the Remake, we know about Javier and he trained Leon in the intro, which adds to Krausers character. For me, Rookie>Partner from a story standpoint.

Maybe he does. In the beginning of Seperate Ways Mission 6, when Wesker and Ada are pointing their rifle at Saddler, you can briefly see that Krauser turns his head towards wesker and then Wesker smiles.

He still do, that's why Wesker was smiling when Ada told him that Wesker had the amber.

Yup, I thought the same also this Krauser feels forgettable and weak to me. The original had unique sharp features and a stronger voice with better performance overall. His relation to Leon was as comrades not as rookie and veteran
