Did you know that G 1 actually drops the knife after he is done or when in middle of battle when he is roaring with pain. In the middle of the room near the ladder.
I like how unbothered speeders are around mr x. "Mr x is no problem, he's a goofball, so we'll slip past and let him do his thing". Meanwhile, my scary ass'll stand in the safe room 10-15 minuets at a time, listening to his footsteps 😂😂
You know what dude you got it better. I speed run resident evil a lot and honestly being scared of mr x is more fun. Don’t lose that fun. Mr x is just nothing for when I play. I barely see him beating the game in hour forty minutes. Kills his impact.

Just got this game a year too late and i'm loving it. Been watching all your runs after i beat a play-through to see what i could do better. Commentary is some of the best I've heard. stoked for RE3 remake! can't wait to see your runs.
Re3 remake personally I had fun I got everything in that one even did it a few extra times for fun with 3 there’s like 2 puzzles and fAr less to do which makes it so easy there’s 2 areas not 400 doors like re2 to remember lol

It’s 2023 and I’m so obsessed with getting S+ in all scenarios and both characters. I’m still working on Leon and it’s taking me hours but this game is so fun I don’t mind 😂

I DID IT I FINALLY GOT AN S+ ON HARDCORE IN 2:30 HOURS this man has the best strats and knowledge ever! P.s dont worry about getting hit i got hit alot and was still able to heal just follow this as close as you can on the parts where he has a free space and your hurt use a heal right then and dont panic in a tight spot im a first time s+er and im so happy!
@@nuggetlovesall222 I needed to heal twice, it only wasted me like 10 minutes. I suggest just pausing and looking through maps to see, where are the plants/meds.

This took me a few tries to complete and after I beat G2, I don’t know what happened to my game but my magnum reverted to an SLS60 9mm. So I had to make do with what I have but I owe it to you and this guide, man! Keep up the good work!

Edit* Shooting lickers in the ass with a flame round does kill them in one shot if they're on the floor when you shoot. I don't remember if I ever tested it on hardcore but definitely on standard.
Let me tell you something, I played on PS4 and used your strats you showed us on PC version and completed with out of trouble only using ammo instead of knifes and I'm happy cause I made S+ rank was hard though but satisfying at the same time thanks for the advices Carci saludos desde México
Bro mr X was literally scary for me when i played first time but he is seriously not that much of a obstacle if u can bait out and avoid his punches man I remember spending good 10 minutes with him baiting him out and laughing at him especially when he sees u after he missed his punch 😂
I got my gatling gun and le5 today... thank you so much... i had been see so many video but this one very helpful and faster .. what i did is just follow his game play but i take all herbs because sometimes i got hit from boss hahahahaha..... Thank you2 Time to revenge and kill all the zombie ....
Glad this see this get commentary it's just not the same without it. I did my no damage run off the original no commentary run and just kept getting hit by those lickers in the lab because I wasn't waiting long enough to shoot the one on the ceiling so I just used your Leon A sneak strat instead. Thanks for the video.
When I found the two sweet spots on the head shots when killing zombies, I got very consistent with it and ended up one hit killing quite a few zombies in a row. I tried aiming right below the bridge of each nose and for the back of the head just above the end of the neck and beginning of the head.

Cool thing I figured out when the licker that spawns in the maiden statue area can be avoided if you sprint out through the opening go straight and hug the wall on the right you don’t have to shoot him at all
Fucking got to g1, and he hit me once, i was like, “fine, life’s still alright...” he locked me in a corner when he hit me, and that pipe got some gud head tonight lemme tell u 🤦♂️ [fast forward a few hours later and after one g2 loss but g3 and g4 cheese]: “Twas’ but a tickle of a dream this nightmare was to i, one that shan’t best me no more!” Thx so much for the Claire A S+ walkthrough guide and i look forward to hearing ur, might I say, delectably wondrous phrasing again in other videos my guy! So i never went for the a rank and s rank before because i usually went back to RE 2/3 when i just wanted to relax actually hehe, But yeah so last time i played RE3 i did it and now i have been doing them on RE2. so atm im doing claire 1st run S rank and not S+. is there enough time to get the submachine gun for S Rank when i have the Infinite Samurai Edge? im not really that good to dodge some enemies along the way so that one really helps me hehe xDD Thanks for the video :)
During Sherry's segment, the only time you actually *have* to crouch is when you're going under something. It's a bit tricky standing in just the right spot not to get caught, but I just tested it twice myself (basic PS4). I'm going to test it on PC to make sure it isn't just an old PS4 thing. It was also on Assisted; not sure if that matters. Edit: Yep, it works. Got it first try.
I got S+ rank on Leon's 1st run. My record time was 01:46:54. Your strategy was helpful, but no damage was not possible. Next up will be Claire's 1st run.
Hey, hoping for an advice. What is the best pistol for Claire and Leon (both As) including the unlimited ammo pistol and the DLC in terms of damage? I have the albert samurai edge, so when I decide not to use the unlimited ammo pistol, should I go for the albert (samurai but not unli ammo, tho it says more performance) or the SLS 60/matilda? Lastly since I'm slowly limiting myself from the unli stuffs (now just using pistol), during boss fights or more risky monsters, should I use albert, or the SLS 60/matilda, or the ones from the police car trunk? I'm currently using the unli pistol, but I don't know which pistol hits hardest or is more efficient.
Carci, I am playing this right now. Playing hardcore for the first time. I just got to the first save point pfew. My hands are still shaking haha because I have to against my hording habit, my "kill all zambies so I don't need to juke em" habit, and most importantly, my save addiction. I did 100+ saves on my first time playing (Leon A)! But this guide helps me a lot. So, thanks a bunch my dude, I appreciate it. :) AND YOUR VOICE IS SO SOOTHING wtf.
You definately can kill G1 knives only at 30 or 60 FPS easily, I've done it on both PC and PS4 with no damage. All you need is three knives (1st you get from Marvin , Library one and lastly the Armory one). Start the fight and knife him until he grabs, stab him , knife him again until 2nd grab (stay in range of the grab command otherwise he sometimes smashes you with his pole) stab him with the knife and while he reels in pain knife until he dies , I've done it quite consistently. Using 2 knives and a handful of bullets also works really well and saves an immense amount of ammo/time.
Ive never done a no damage run (im not crazy nor do i have the time to optimize it) but i can gladly say i probably haven't died since 2019-20, its actually so easy to not die, even on hardcore

I totally felt that frustration with the plastic scissors, they never cut, the handles gave you blisters and cuts on the thumb from digging in and the blades would push past and overlap each other. I always ended up with the plastic scissors in primary school. The struggle is real.
I have been practicing this run, I practiced in Standard with 3 saves, got it down locked, I just did hardcore S+ this AM, Hughe difference between Standard and Hardcore is inventory management, you gotta know what your doing if not your gonna end up going back and forward to the box, but overall if you do what Carci says and understand why you’ll be alright for sure like me
So let me get this straight.....if I force that zombie at the beginning to stumble over the desk I will not risk to have him roaming around the area when I open the door with the bolt cutters after the helicopter scene?

My biggest problem now I'm finally playing this game on PS5, is that I keep thinking of it like Resident Evil 4 Remake, but you literally get NOTHING for killing enemies in this game, it's a hard mindset to break.
Thanks 👍👍👍 bro you got a new subscriber I manage to beat the game in 2:06:15 because I kept dying durning G2 and G4 durning G2 i only had 7 fire rounds I had used a acid against giant sewers elephant I manage to get past the first one used it on the second one I had used SLS 60 Special bullet on the zombie where you get king and queen I didn't need to use electric gun on the elephant it had punch the wall it almost grab me I shoot birkins once when he attack from the ceiling then escape then did everything else G4 I didn't use my grenade after 2nd try I only had 4 grenades and use over 300 mini-gun .
I'm currently playing RE2 first time in my whole life history (I know.. I'm scared of this game since childhood) and when he said "Mr. X does not come up to the third floor" then there I go exiting the clock tower room and guess what Mr. X was waiting for me outside the room now I'm currently listening to his footsteps creeped tf out 🤣

Is unbelievable how sexy Claire is in this game, when I played the original Resident Evil 2 back in the day (I was very bad at it) I didnt pass a second trough of the original Claire, but this one, wow, it make you drool.
