When it was the rat view, it had a sort of Hideo Kojima vibe to it IMO. That's why i was thinking maybe Death Stranding. Once the zombie came in and Leon, that's when we know it was Resident Evil.- Andrew

Wait are you actually trying to accuse us of faking surprise that it was RE2 Remake? It's been years since it was announced. It shouldn't be shocking that many people forgot about it's existence. - Andrew

Or something else entirely. We weren't looking at the PS1 as an indication of anything. But after the end of 7 with Chris in an Umbrella Corp helicopter (never played the DLC), I wasn't sure what was going on here in this trailer with absolute certainty. I guess that makes us amateurs haha. - Andrew

Tbh i dont think your amateurs its just a bit of critisism bud youve probably got a broader gaming knowledge than what i have ive been a massive fan of Resident Evil ever since the 1st one for the PS1 so i kinda noticed straight away but were all different 👍

Thank you for saying that. This is exactly what I've been trying to get at. This year especially, we're seeing a lot of elitism from fans of franchises such as Devil May Cry and Resident Evil. Since they are die-hard fans of the franchise, they expect us to know everything as well and that's just not the way it works. I could tell you anything and everything about franchises such as Metal Gear Solid and Final Fantasy, but no one should expect us to have die-hard knowledge of every single franchise. There is not enough time in the day for us to become knowledgeable in all these different arenas. It's disappointing to see us called out as fakes frequently this year (not specifically by you). We put together these reactions because we love E3, we love the excitement surrounding it, and we love talking about games in general. The assumption that this means we need to know everything about any video game we're reacting to is getting tiring. And again. pretty much all of this comment wasn't directed at you Michael. Yup so Gorgeous that i thought that blood looked like puke in that RE7 abomination , Character models looked like barbie dolls , Trash soundtrack , Laughable Puzzles , Trash Enemies that looked like RE4 poop version of Regenarators , Should have gone with unreal engine or MT framework , those engines makes the smallest details poop out beautifully , Yeah RE7 was on the same level of the old RE games in Atmosphere and Gothic iconic music , Memorable bosses too , for sure , Freak my life !!! , No standards whatsoever ..... ( Face palm ) People are actually saying this is a good RE game , ohh boy ,,,,, May Capcom go to hell , and may this trash RE engine get destroyed to oblivion .

DMC 5 will run on the Resident Evil Enginge. Lolz.
