@@Jnroyston07 yep, I believe the canon ending is him dying. When RE 3 was released, it was 4 total known survivors of RC at the end. Leon, Claire, Sherry, and Jill. After outbreak is when we learn there were more survivors. A lot more who escaped early, and some who escaped at the end, but it is how the world is exposed to the truth of RC when the government was trying to keep a lid on it. In all of the canon, it was believed that Carlos died.

actually the old re3 made carlos died but the RE fans got upset about it and start to boycott the game cuz of it. so they had to make it canon that carlos lived in the remake.

Me too i was actually waiting for Jill to say it, but instead its just "Good riddance" and some other dialogues before that (And i just finished watching a walkthrough thats like 5 hours long heck XD)

She said it earlier in the game, I think around the flamethrower Nemesis boss fight. I was hoping she would say it again before killing him, but eh, at least she said it once.

I was hoping for Barry to appear in the helicopter at the end and rescue Jill.

Felt disrespectful to the source material. She swears and talks constantly in gameplay with her annoying humor. It felt like the writers from DmC did the script. Even GoT has way better humors than this. The "I'll give you Stars" was wasted on the Nemesis chase scene.

I think when tehy do a mocap there is no knife or tentacle on set and actor hand motion makes it look like she stab her neck because she don't know the knife's length so they they change her hand animation in post

I don't m ind that really but could kept clock tower and park sections. I could carried less about enemeies that they left out like grave digger, crows, spiders or grave digger spawn.

It’s a short game. 5 hours man. And not as many extra content worthwhile things to redo this one. It’s no wonder they decided to combine it with resident evil resistance. This game really needed fucking something to BARELY justify a 60$ mark.

Even the remake version is hard with the new gamestyle style and how they refurbished the storyline. Like the other guy said, it's the other way around with you saying that it is easy.

This is one of the reasons why, so far, I think the Nemesis form that you fight in the remake’s waste disposal room should have been saved for the actual final boss fight. Having Nemesis’ transformation end at that stage would remain consistent with the G-Virus’ abilities being unique and how Nemesis is simply a highly skilled T-103 Tyrant merged with a tentacled parasite. It would allow Nemesis to stalk Jill in his humanoid form for longer and, if there is still a demand for Jill to fight a gigantic boss in the middle, that was what the Gravediggers were for.

@@steevan The Nemesis Parasites appear to be a separate group of parasitic B.O.W.s grown by Umbrella Europe, at most only distantly related to the Los Illuminados' engineered Las Plagas. I think the main difference between the Nemesis parasites and Las Plagas parasites is that the latter operates by an organized hive-mind, like the difference between solitary wasps and social wasps. Nemesis parasites may either form a shared consciousness with its host after infection (like how the Nemesis Tyrant retains its intelligence and orders after merging with the NE-Alpha parasite) or completely take the host over and turn it into a mindless puppet to serve the individual parasite's desires (like the humans/zombies/Tyrant infected by NE-Beta parasites in Operation Raccoon City or the parasite zombies in RE3 Remake). With Las Plagas parasites, though, there is a much more clear distinction between the Suborbinate Plagas (which instantly make their hosts puppets to the horde) and the Dominant Plagas (which cooperate with their hosts for a time and even allow their carriers to freely control the subordinates, through a language of ultrasonic waves released at the host's mental command).

I think according to the recent review by Sphere Hunter, the primary counter for play time no longer includes time spent watching cutscenes, etc. So this might contribute to the RE3 Remake appearing to be noticeably shorter than a typical RE2 playthrough.
