Things she forgot: Shoot bird nests for more treasure/ammo. Using your knife on chains & locks is more efficient (because you don't waste ammo). Save the dog. You can kill 2 Dr. Salvadors (chainsaw guy) for an extra ruby a little past the beginning of the game. It is timed, so it's best to do before the villagers/Ganados retreat to the church. Also, they can be defeated with just a knife or (believe it or not) a door (more of a rewarding challenge). Sell the free Punisher you'll get from the Merchant after you shoot the medallions (trust me, you won't need it). When you're about to face the Bella sisters, have a ladder standing behind you before you jump down (this will make defeating them easy). If you fight the second Gigante (Giant), position Ashley underneath the boulder to be the bait. Leave Ashley between you and El Gigante. The more it picks her up, the easier it is to shoot and less health items you'll have to use. Don't bother buying the TMP, just sell it's ammo (because you can beat the whole game without it. Only upgrade firepower & capacity. Killing Krauser with only your knife is satisfying and faster. And after he's transformed, only shoot a barrel (explosive red barrel) if Saddler is walking towards you. (when he's stunned, it gives you time to reload, stab his eye or switch to a more powerful weapon.

Here's a tip: do Assignment Ada. Completing it get you an awesome gun with infinite ammo. Mercenaries also gets you a great gun but the requirements are pretty irritating. Just beat the game and do Assignment Ada.

I gave RE4 a try some years ago on PC and I really hated the poor controls while aiming. I finally decided to go for it and play RE4 Switch edition after watching this video and it was amazing. I have yet to finish the extra modes but playing it on PC with all the graphic settings enhanced and a wiimote really is the best way to play this game.

This was incredible! I’m not a “RE4 beginner”, or any beginner on RE for that matter, but I found this so entertaining. In fact I watched it twice! Brilliant satire, require sharp wit and a reference to unspoken truths. This was outstanding. Great work.

The first time I played through RE4 I had difficulty with some of the puzzles and looked it up. After playing through a few times and getting a good feel for the game I can do all the puzzles on my own pretty fast.

i see a lot of people talking down to re 5 and re 6 but honestly i really enjoyed those games. chris has ways been my favourite character from the series and i thoroughly enjoyed playing as him a main character. also 6 was fun for me because i liked roundhouse kicking zombies as leon, german suplexing as jake and knocking people the hell out as chris lol. seriously though i like most of the games in the series.

TMP - Highly underrated. Pros: Does pistol-based damage, can have a huge ass magazine, ammo for it is always plentiful even later on in end-game, easiest form of crowd control as it's the only purchasable non-new game plus weapon that's fully automatic. Attaching a stock makes you able to snipe things real dang easily while unequipping the stock is better for crowd control. Cons: Is underrated. Has very low stopping power / very low staggering power. Sounds like a silencer is on it, there is no silencer for it and yes it's loud as all other guns.

I can't picture out a Resident Evil 4 without the Red9!!

12:17, if you can't skip the cutscene there's a QTE 14:16 Blacktail has best DPS but Red9 has best damage per shot, red 9 is better on ammo Riot gun is the best shotgun but you still want stryker for ditman glitch Semi-auto rifle shoots REALLY fast with the exclusive so it's easier to kill bosses and regenerators with it, but the bolt action rifle can shoot the regenerator's back plaga from the front because it shoots through enemies and you can get a free broken butterfly so don't spend money on magnum, killer7 is better but broken butterfly is good enough so no reason to invest on killer7 I never bought mine thrower so don't know how good is it Never buy RPGs, bosses are really easy when you know the weakness

There's just something so innately satisfying about hearing Buns say the phrase "Buns of steel".

Aiming for the head is poor advice. You should avoid aiming for the head because of the pasta demons you mentioned. The best strategy is shoot the legs to stagger, run up and kick or suplex, and finish with the knife. It's much easier and no pasta demons.

TMP won't be replaced in the first playthrough but it's weak and without the stock it's hard to control. But a fully upgraded mag will deal more damage than many other guns and the individual rounds aren't that valuable so using it for knocking treasure down is a decent idea if you can single shot it.
