I want to mention that the game is perfectly playable at 60 fps on this GPU. This guide is to make the game run at smooth 30 fps incase anyone with lower PC specs.
Man that 1/2 set to standard works wonders for 30 fps. I’ve been playing cyberpunk like this and boy does it look cinematic! I get 60 fps with frame gen but after countless hours of testing this method just looks way cooler. When playing at 60 the immersion goes away and it feels like Fortnite lol idk go figure right
Glad to know it worked for you. And yes a smooth and steady 30fps plays wonderfully than 60fps dlss or frame gen methods and looks very cinematic indeed. You don't get that "gamissh" buttery feeling but like watching a great cg movie instead. What's cool is that it also saves up your gpu to crank things a bit higher than usual. Cheers & Enjoy!
@@solidfiregaming cheers brother! Another way for smooth 30 I found is no frame cap scanline sync set to -1 and in Invidia inspector Vsync set to force on, tear control set to adaptive. This is for 60 hz monitors
Yes absolutely. This method is for 60hz monitors as my monitor is also 60hz and it works perfectly at 30fps with no tearing. It's the best method if you want to play this game at 30fps on a low end pc
With monitor CRT i think it's oke. But i already try play game at LCD it run 30fps but in screen like ghosting make my eye burn 😅 now my gaming target at least 50-60fps with low/medium setting 😊
Yeah CRT monitors do have this advantage over LCD/LED due to higher refresh rates. However, I found a new 30 fps method for 60hz monitors that will probably remove all ghosting entirely and it will play just like consoles. Ok I'll make the video on it sometime later. Thanks for the suggestion.
Its actually personal preference. If you're running at 30fps, turning on motion blur will give you a smoother feeling. With 60fps motion blur should be off.
@@hardcorerookie2101Late reply, sorry for that, actually for this game I think locked 30fps worked best. With 35 or 45 fps it tends to have hair physics bugs and cloth bugs. The only perfect playable options are 30,60 and 120fps.
Re4 remake can be pretty demanding for a GT1030 for 60fps given it's high video memory requirements for textures and shadows at native 1080p. But if you have a modern CPU you can set the graphics at medium and the fps to 30~40fps and easily enjoy the game. But for 60fps a better graphics card is recommended
Unfortunately I don't own an Amd card but there's a utility called "Radeon Mod" which can be used to tweak the settings just like "Nvidia inspector". You can tweak the same settings in it for your game and it should work.

First go to gaming section and click 3dots add game>browse>re4exe to create a new profile and then set its settings as: 2. Wait for Vertical Refresh = Always On 3. Frame Rate Target Control = 30 4. Now, add the re4exe to RTSS and set fps to 30. 5. Run the game and set fps to 120 and Vsync Off. You should be able to play smooth 30fps now. Well, I don't own an AMD gpu but I'll try to help. If you have Adrenaline Control Panel go to the Gaming Tab and look for Vsync & Framerate Options and then follow the rest of the tutorial. Hope this helps.
