They kinda did use it, it’s very subtle tho but almost sounds like Spy Music hahaha. You hear it in the grand hall area & the start to the island. But I know what you mean - it’s so subtle that it’s basically not the song. It just has a hint.
@@EfySmasher but it does, it kinda plays the same piano chime briefly - It was enough of a hint where I naturally knew it was the remixed version of Infiltration - so therefore it must of something to do with it. I know what you mean though as the original is 100% better and this version literally has a 3 second piano chime that references it. I just play mostly with the soundtrack swap! All the castle music is so much better with soundtrack swap on.
Song is good, I only wish in the cutscene we saw the villagers communicating more like in the original. The original scared the crap out of me back in the day
I actually like it in the remake way more simply for the fact that they don't work as people anymore. They are driven purely by a savage instinct. The cutscenes where they were seeing communicating and strategizing even almost like normal people in the OG didn't match with their behaviour during gameplay. They also mysteriously stopped their assault on the cabin whereas in the remake that didn't happen. They were mindessly determined to fulfill their master's order down to the last villager if needed be.
