Resident Evil 4 Remake - Village Square 4 Stealth Kills (Professional) 

Tried this a couple of times and you can get around 3-4 stealth kills. Also the file is in NG+ but it should be doable in NG I think. See the guide / some notes below:
-- Stealth Kill 1 --
I'm pretty sure many know of this already, but you can go to the right side of the area and there's your FIRST victim.
You can safely run to the other side for the next stealth kill without getting detected.
-- Stealth Kill 2 --
This is another straightforward one. The busy lady on the left will be the SECOND victim.
-- Stealth Kill 3 --
This kill needs PREPARATION: window glass aggro lol But there are certain cues/steps to follow before breaking the glass.
1. Stay on the left side of the house to peak and wait for Sack Patrol. This ganado patrols back to your THIRD victim.
2. Once you see Sack Patrol, go near the window and prepare your knife.
3. Listen for Water Cue. A ganado will dump water and you have to break the glass AFTER the sound cue. This will position Sack Patrol nicely on the back for the FOURTH stealth kill later on.
3.5. Make sure NOT to break the entire window, otherwise ganados will walk up to the house and you will get caught.
4. Ganados will become slightly alerted after breaking the glass. You have to WAIT a couple of seconds before making your way to the other side.
4.5. You can count around 30 seconds, but you can wait until you feel the ganados have calmed down (e.g. no more shouting, etc.)
5. To proceed to the next area, make sure you hug the right side and go towards the Green Herb. When Leon gets enveloped by the shade of the house, you can safely run.
6. Crouch when you're on the fence, make sure you hug the fence. You can safely run afterwards.
7. It's not included in the video, but you can get the crate loot and the Red Herb in this area.
The THIRD victim will be the ganado that actually looks your way unless you alert them by breaking the window glass.
-- Free Grenade --
You can safely break the ENTIRE window to get the hand grenade from the barrel.
I have not tried running here yet, so best to walk and be sneaky instead I guess.
-- Stealth Kill 4 --
Make your way back to Sack Patrol.
Make sure you hug the left side to avoid getting detected since the ganados are actually looking at the house you just broke into.
If you've timed the first window glass right, Sack Patrol should not be so far out in the open and he will be the FOURTH victim.
-- Success --
Doing this involves moving back and fourth around the village section which eats up time. You can go for it if you think it's worth it.
I'm actually not sure where you can do another Stealth Kill after this since they're all near each other.
