16:06 A trebuchet is a weighted free spinning arm, with a sling on the end.(roughly) A catapult is attached at the base and winched back, before launching. A ballista is a huge crossbow, that is good at shooting down dragons.

Slight correction: "torsion spring" catapults (or onagers iirc) aren't stationary by default. Only on this castle. Much like cannon as seen here too.

I think the reason Andy pressed the wrong button for a stealth kill is because Mike sensed stealth was about to happen and used the power of his mind from many miles away to stop it.

16:05 It's an "Onager" or "torsion spring" catapult, Jane. Balistae are large crossbow-like weapons, and trebuchets are gravity powered catapults.

Jane, and Andy are awesome. They actually like Ada’s new voice actress! But, of course a lot of people on social media didn’t, and they harassed the voice actress! It really pissed me off.😡 Yeah, I kind of miss the old one, but sometimes that happens in video games. Especially in anime voice changes happen, get over it! I love when Jane said oh you’re shananagins backfired again, Andy!😂

16:05 That's just a basic a catapult, it has a swinging arm with spoon-like receptacle at the end. The ballista and its ilk (like the polybolos) is essentially a giant crossbow, while the trebuchet is a gigantic catapult with a sling on its end.

Andy's missed stealth kill is a real struggle. When I played, I had to stare at the button prompt longer than necessary because I couldn't remember if it was trigger or bumper. I did wonder what happened to Salazar's second bodyguard because he doesn't get absorbed in the Salazar boss fight like in the original. I assume this is the second bodyguard that doesn't get froze by Leon.

I was so excited when I saw "Resident Evil 4 Separate Ways", because I thought it would be like the old Hitman days with Andy, Jane, Mike, and (presumably) Luke or Ellen playing through the level to intercut and show us their different approaches. Ah well - still good fun.

Well you can only play Resident Evil one way. Different levels of efficiency, but for the most part the same way. It doesn't have the same replayability as Hitman

It'd be funny if on a 2nd playthrough of this DLC, that when Ada jumps up to the church bell, a bullet pings off it to ring it - since you can't ring the bell like that on the first run of the base game.

Ooooh, this is interesting -- I didn't realize Ada had her own probably-parasite-related bullshit to work with! I don't know if she's full-on infected or not, but she's certainly got something bad going on upstairs. . .and yeah, it's also interesting that the first three levels are kind of going through what Leon did backwards. In high heels, no less. :p

It's great to see you playing this DLC, glad you're enjoying it. One point of criticism about this video though: It's way too bright. I get that you might want to turn up the brightness in the game so that we the audience can see everything, but this is too much I think. In my case it actually hurts my enjoyment of seeing the game being played when the colors looks so ugly and washed out.

Does nobody here (Andy?!) know their *RE 5* Memes? *WESKER:* "Complete local saturation." *Andy & Jane:* "...what does that mean? 🤨" Y'all never seen in the 🌋 part of RE5 where Wesker says: "COMPLETE... GLOBAL... SATURATION..." w/the most ridiculous delivery in the history of voice acting? It's like the 2nd most iconic part of 5. The "local saturation" line is - I'm *100% SURE* of this - a cheeky reference for fans. I finished RE5 more than any other RE bc the Co-op, which was groundbreaking for the time (bc it was a _good, Co-op_ Resident Evil) was crazy popular on Xbox Live. That whole clip is hilarious... type it into RU-vid, you'll love it! 😂 If you don't believe me that it's a reference, ask the "CAPMOM" herself (IYKYK).
