The number of views of this video is considerable. It looks like I'm not the only one who was looking for the "cool song that plays during that hard part with two reapers and two gatling gun majini".
***** I didn't mean that I'm badass or that I have special taste. I just commented a curious fact. Finding out that thousands of people were looking for the same song is not a bad thing.
Haha yeah. I'm guessing only a very small amount of people actually new the name. I sure didn't. The song is just so good enough that 400,000+ people to actually put in the effort to look for it :)
+Luciferum most resident evils have stiff combat, a plot ranging from mediocre to decent and shit writing. That's not really a valid argument as to why an RE game is "bad". Personally, I like RE5 and 6. They're by no means great but I give them 8/10. They're fun.
+Luciferum personally disliking something doesn't make a game bad either. All reviews or tastes for games, movies or anything in that nature come down to one word: opinions
The final sequence with the bulkheads just before Wesker. Gatling Gun Majini and Reapers everywhere, the fire, the alarms, this music, and the knowledge that this was the final chapter. You didn't know what was behind that final door, but you knew it was bad. This stage was some intense shit.
jack krowzer Please don't hurt me but I'm actually a 360 person! Not that it matters, I don't have LIVE anymore. Didn't see the point because back home I lived in the middle of nowhere and connecting the internet was sticking your hand in a blender
lxjoe96 dude that's how I felt when I was playing this for the first time I just got RE 5 2 days ago I had a hard time fighting the two machine gun majini I absolutely love this game and it's themes for the majini it's so awsome I have it on ps4
+Karla De Leon Nice one mate. First time I ever played this was at a friends house, back when I was about 13 or 14 and had a Wii. The moment I got back I just knew I had to have this game. So I sold my Wii and got an Xbox bundled with RE5. First 360 game I ever played. Everyone gives it a bad rap, and don't get me wrong I've played the prequels and they're completely different, but I love this game to pieces. Perhaps it's just because of my personal history with the game, but it will always have a place in my heart as the best in the series.
It’s a brilliant action game anyone with a brain knows that. Problem is, like 4, it’s not a great RE game. RE4 mostly escaped that criticism because it was a new thing
@@jackjax7921 But it still balances that action with horror. If you've played it, you'd know this. It may not be as frightening as other entries, but it's still tense as fuck, with an atmosphere so thick you could cut it with Krauser's arm. Plus the fact that there have been REAL TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS DISGUISED AS CULTS makes it feel more frightening. If you want all out action, try RE5-6. RE4 IS an action game, no doubt, but it's more restrained than the sequels IMHO. Also, it's impossible to be objective on a subjective medium, so your "biased" point is pretty darn mute. Hell, your own opinion is biased. We're all biased.
To me, this track always said, "You're almost there! Just a little further! Can you see the light at the end of the darkness?" Great for the final area of the game.
this place did a much better job as the "final majini section" fight thant re4's , it really gives that feeling how they are throwing everything they got left at you all at once before finally reaching wesker for fhe final showdown
@@DarkAttackYT RE4 does have it's scary moments, and in most of the game you never feel 'safe' thanks to the atmosphere and feeling of isolation, or how some of the enemies are really intimidating, or your more limited space and supplies. The controls absolutely are dated, but it's worth remembering that this game is the one that proved Resident Evil could work as an action game, RE5 wouldn't be what it is without RE4
@Dominic dominic I don't know what you're talking about. Pretty much the entire first half of RE4 is a solid horror experience. The whole village area has a really eerie vibe all the way through. The castle is quite an unnerving place except towards the end of it. The island is where the action takes center stage but even then there are these moments where it goes full on horror like in the laboratories and the cell block.
@@jackjax7921it's one of the few RE games that doesn't have a drop off in its 3rd act. RE2 gets a bit weaker after the police station. Both RE3's get slightly weaker after the hospital. RE4 gets worse with the island although the remake was a bit better for it. RE7 and RE8 also get a bit worse in the 3rd act RE1, Code Veronica and RE5 are good beginning to end. RE1's lab is on par with most of the game. CV has the 2nd mansion, and arguably the best lab section in the franchise. And RE5 actually peaks in its 3rd act once Wesker enters. Revelations was also decent since you spend most of the game on the ships.
RudJohns' gaming channel I can barely do it in Veteran, if I did it in professional those fucking crusty dusty ass reapers would have me faster than you can say 'yolo'.
I don't care if Resident Evil 5 is bad for almost everyone (I actually like all RE except for 6) this part, this music...One of the best moments in the franchise.
This music really captures that whole "all odds are against us" feeling, but yet somehow there is that small glimpse of hope that you will make it through. I seriously can't sit still when I'm playing this part in the game!
I’m glad there are people commenting from a few days ago, makes me feel like this game won’t truly die despite it not being the best in the series. Everyone’s saying the co-op was amazing and it’s TRUE. I played this game with my cousins religiously when we were younger and it was one of the best experiences
I remember hiding in one of those upper rooms as my friend and I were overwhelmed against the 2 gattling gunners and then just spraying and throwing granades like mad when that door opened while we screamed over the mic. Facing situations like that in coop is what make this game one of the greats.
PoliticalKey303 Funny that you mention that. Got that on sale recently but havent started it yet. On RE4 I have 11/12 trophies currently doing my pro playthrough (3rd chapter) and on RE5 I have 67/71 trophies. I am in the last mission on pro but want to finish RE4 first.
Re5 remake will no doubt better gameplay but I'm cautious about the story. RE4 remake had some downgrades over the original especially with Saddler and Krauser. And replacing the voices for Chris, Jill and Wesker I just don't think it'll be as good in that front.
I remember playing the game for the first time, I chose Veteran for the challange, it was hella tough at times without the knowledge how to deal with anything. And this level was no different, it was so tense, knowing the door to the final stage is right before me and yet so away with those 4 tough enemies guarding it. 4, because for some reason the Reapers just wouldn't die on this level, and the Minigun Majinis... It took me so many tries to pull it off, there was a lot of frustration, not gonna lie, but even more determination. And the music, damn. There is this one part of the track that really lets you feel how determined the characters are to succeed but how hard it is. It was great, one of the more memorable moments of the game in fact.
The first weapon I got infinite ammo for was the S&W M29 Revolver, so when Sheva said "There's no way we'd win in a fair fight!" I said, "Who said anything about fair?"
Re5 is so underrated, it has a great story and the best villian of all the saga. And yes, this was one of the re which abandoned the survival horror to focuse in the action, but even so it was a great game
Have fun trying this on professional. Those two reapers and the gatlin gun guys are merciless. You will have to have lots of patience in order to get through this on professional
might not be the best resident evil but playing it with someone is totally worth it. I bought it for the 360, then i bought the gold edition when i bought a ps3, and now its on my steam library, i've completed this game so many times that i could play it with no sound but still hear all dialogues and music in my mind while playing it.
One of the best soundtracks in the game, it really sets the tone for these guys which are the last small enemies of the game, before the epic showdown with Wesker. LUV IT
My dad bought me this game when I was about 8 years old, I completed it in 2 fucking days, still don't know how I managed to get past them crusty dusty ass reapers
I remember playing this part at something like 7 years old while my dad was watching me. I loved the soundtrack so much I was verbalising the "dundun dundun dundun dundun". I still remember my dad telling my mum to listen to me make those noises while I was killing all of the majinis. Those were some fun ass times
This was hell! So many comments here make me nostalgic as we all remember: they are throwing everything they've got at you before the last stand. But good times, and sad. I’ve just broken up with a girlfriend at the time this came out. This song caught me in the feels for some reason as it was a co op game. We would have had a blast to play this together.
Somehow this is and still.... motivating me. I always listening into this music , before joining the army. Until today I closes my eyes, thinking how big is our duty..
Um jogo com seus defeitos mas muito subestimado pois é um jogasso com um dos melhores vilões de resident senão o melhor é com um fator replay altíssimo
Resident Evil is so nostalgic to me, I remember playing the first ones when I was what, six? Man, ever since I just loved the series. All the way up to now, sure the newer ones aren't quite as great but it's still Resident Evil to me. and I can't wait to see what comes next
I know right? This music is really good at this part because you know behind those doors shits about to go down, but this music fighting Wesker would had been the nail in the coffin for Intense boss fights😎
It's tradition that every RE game has that one final escape theme before the final showdown. and boy this game delivered at its max. Super Fun and replayable game tbh...damn shame people treated it like crap just cus its action oriented when it's always been action oriented from the first game imho.
