I love how Jake beating the fuck out of Ustanak is the natural evolution of the survival horror protagonist overcoming the big bad monster that's been chasing them the entire game. Leon had the rocket launcher, Jill had the railgun. Jake? Jake had these hands, and they're rated E for Everyone.

Ah... The Legendary Jake Muller. Appearing in Resident Evil 6 as the Son of Wesker, and nowhere else. No one can forget that scene where he badly intimidated Leon Kennedy, despite the fact that Leon wasn't afraid of Chris at all. It's a tragedy that Jake only appears in Resident Evil 6, and nowhere else. In this video, he's taking on Ustanak, who is supposed to be ten times more powerful than Nemesis, all by himself, with his bear hands. In this playthrough, Jake wins every round, save for the final one, which Ustanak wipes out almost instantly. It seriously sucks, and I mean it REALLY sucks, that Jake gets such a raw deal in his storyline. He deserved more. He's awesome. Not just awesome... Look, it's okay. Jake's story isn't over yet.

The Ustanak, in my opinion, is sort-of if Jason Voorhees and Leatherface had a baby XD

Damn this some hardcore fight ,even with this guy's sick ass robotic,wrecking ball gauntlet.This guy was a straight beast even to fight him on around a pool of hot boiling lava fire.Damn that's horrifying i would not want endure that type of battlefield against enemies...eeessh.

I mean, Jake being able to box a BOW makes a little sense considering he's Weskers child. His father could more faster than the eye could see, even if the mutation within him isn't as strong it's still more than enough to make him better than the average human.

I don't know why many don't like Jake, for me he's a great addition to Leon and Chris because he stands along with them and he makes his bare fist do the work. Hope Capcom will bring him back since he had a potential to continue what Leon, Chris, Jill, Claire, Barry and Rebecca have done to the series, maybe along side Sherry again with Natalia, Moira and Rose.

I really wish Capcom Create a new Resident Evil that is jam packed like RE6 i mean people hate 6 because they say that it lost its Scary Horror Zombie Survival theme and became a Action Game i mean its a fair point but the Action and Rouge Characters is what makes Resident Evil so Damn cool and the thing that i also love is that the creators are very very consistent in there story telling they never went off road on the whole franchise that you still get to see the best Characters that the franchise have thats why it makes it so damn awesome.

Quick tip if you still have more to play. You can reset recoil animations by swapping your shoulder iirc. I.e when you shoot elephant killer try swapping shoulders and pulling the trigger again.

If we are talking about Weskers son you know he is going to be stronger, faster, and smarter, we don't see that much power from jake YET just wait till more resident evils come out I assure you he will probably be in the next one or so. I know jake has potential, as a matter of fact if we do see him in other resident evil games to come there is a mid chance that he might be stronger than leon or chris combined I just know it.. The sheer strength and power this guy has. He is basically fighting base nemesis right now.

After watching RE6 videos for the first time recently, I now remember who the hero reminds me of. He reminds me of Christopher Eccleston.

I really like RE6 when it came out. Lots I liked, lots I didn’t. I loved most of the enemy/boss designs. Level designs were ok. Gameplay was fine even if certain mechanics were overused. The tone of the game was off if that makes sense. Not sure how to describe it ETA: Looking back now, in a game that saw Leon, Ada, and sherry return, I wish Claire would’ve been in Chris place for a full RE2 reunion

I still don't know why this game was universally hated. The natural evolution of RE's gameplay was always gonna go for more action. Bigger enemies, seasoned protagonists. Where else are they gonna go? The only way to keep it "horror" was with a new character which they did. Even RE4/Remake was already action packed but I guess the flesh-transformer was a bit too much. This game was fun and horrifying at times especially the "Regenerator" sections and even better with Co-op.
