I don't know if they could replicate the actual feel of that game. For me, there are two things that the RE remake has that no other RE game has, and that's saying something. They are: 1. Extremely eerie horror vibe. 2. Having to be very careful with ammo. These two combine to create an RE game like no other. The reason why I say that they might not be able to replicate the feeling of this game in a remake is because most of the eerie horror vibes comes from it's dated graphics. The old graphics gives it a pretty vintage horror feel to it that I feel would be very difficult to replicate with new graphics.

they should definitely remake re1!! I watched my uncle play the original on the ps4 but could never get into it. the controls are just so bad!! the first game I played was re2 and it was amazing!! they definitely should remake re1 to be more like the newer games in the series!!

And 2 remade that would be so cool considering we barely got to see the city because of how much of the city was cut in 3 and there is like 20 minutes of city in re2
