This was the closest adaptation to Ada Wong as we got from the hair to the attitude to the wardrobe.

Really disappointing adaptation. She may look like Ada but she was dumbed down so Mary Sue Alice can easily overpower her. Her signature front walkover gun kick had terrible form with bent knees almost like a somersault versus the elegant version in RE4.

@@mdml0i disagree with this comment, And stop ruining the image of Milla just because the fims aren't faithful to the games, Just you know that it's re-creating that iconic scene in Resident Evil 4, It's not dumb down Ada, is that your serious take for hate against this? Well you're so wrong for that, in 2012 production, Milla and Li bingbing had to watch RE4 walkthrough, though when Milla convinces anderson with a little action oriented within the reunion of leon and ada, The movement in the original RE4 is just much captures in the Right Fps unlike in an actual human movement doesn't really matches the motion of Game character movements. and this time Alice became Leon instead of an actual leon.

The idea and design of both the hive from part 1 and the testing floor from this movie are really good. They had tons of potential.

As much as I enjoyed the RE movies, especially the first three, it would have been a lot better if they introduced Leon Scott Kennedy, Ada Wong, Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine right from the first movie instead of suddenly bringing them in in the later ones.

This is what happened when you let a nobody dealing with a franchise. They just don't respect source materials by simply believing they can do better. For a franchise to be truly succeeded, you need a team that fell in love with it, who proud to be part of it. Not those who sees it as an opportunity be part of this movie!

I remember thinking while watching these movies why would people still work for this company and not immediately try to leave or something when the zombies started taking over. But then I worked for corporate Amazon and I get it now. The way they spread out the vesting of those stock options really get you.

That business model is unsustainable and pretty limited, eventually all the world governments would catch on, or bilked of the money. Besides there's no country, or combined countries that have enough funds to create the several high-tech complexes that the Umbrella Corporation built and maintain, their resources, and manpower.

She’s dead. The novel explained that everyone from the games basically died when Wesker betrayed them. Super lame. Jill, Leon, Ada, Kmart. All gone because of that.
