The fourth installment of the hugely successful RESIDENT EVIL franchise, RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE is again based on the wildly popular video game series, and will this time be presented in 3-D. In a world ravaged by a virus infection, turning its victims into the Undead, ALICE (Milla Jovovich), continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. Her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an old friend. If someone is wondering why her sword became that short in the end: A bullet hit the sword at 1:27, which results in a much shorter sword. And it smoothly penetrates the helmet of the soldier (even without a tip) thanks to Alice amazing T-Virus superpowers.

The Resident Evil movies always have some crazy plot twists RE1: you think its gonna be a group of umbrella soldiers fighting zombies but half get clapped by lasers before even seeing zombies Afterlife: Bunch of Alice clones vs Umbrella? Nope all get killed in the beginning Retribution Ending: Finally a large group of heavily armed survivors vs the undead, nope they all die in the beginning of the Final Chapter.

What I find most offensive about this series is how each single movie completely shit on the ending of it's prequel. For example, in Retribution the discovery and release of the clones at the end was presented as such a twist and massive cliffhanger that let you really wonder about how Alice is gonna take down Umbrella with their own creation now and then every single clone just got wasted in one fight at the beginning of this movie. Full reset back to one single Alice. And everytime they did this to the previous movie. Truly bloodboiling and very unsatisfying.

How many of you have played the game? She is obviously using the God Mode cheat code. But in this case it only lasts for a certain amount of time until she is vunerable, and the soldiers are guessing wrong as to how long it lasts.

What material does a sword have to be made out of to be able to slice through flesh, bone, and armor that effectively? How sharp does it have to be? How does one make it that sharp, and how long does it retain its edge? In order to make it that effective at stabbing and cutting, what other properties have to be compromised? I mean, genetically perfect Milla Jovovich soldiers is one thing, but the swords are pretty over-the-top capable as well.

Soldiers are firing tons of bullets but not even a single bullet hits her,.. more of that, when she fires minimum of bullets each bullet hits a soldiers😅 still i like this movie 😊

I understand that it’s easier to do stunts with a flat-sole shoe, but why make it so inconsistent when it changes to heels? Usually when movies will swap the shoes to flats for a stunt, it will be during a moment when it’d fast and not noticable. Here they leave flats even for slow motion scenes

NO! This movie is a direct insult the The Wachowskis' work. The Matrix is a cinematic masterpiece, in comparison to this poorly written, poorly directed and poorly shot movie. Though, I think this movie surpasses the movie in The Matrix franchise, that should never have existed: The Matrix: Resurrrctions (or as I like to call it, "The Woketrix")
