WARNING : Downloading and installing this file to your game is at your own risk as it is really huge, consists tons of stuff so the lot can be extremely super-duper laggy on some computers. :D
Sorry for the low video quality and weird camera angles but ohh well it's just sims 3 LOL. The in game graphic quality is perfect but video just came out like this, anyways I find it cute since it looks like the old RE game this way.

This is phenomenal. I can't believe the game even offered enough items to recreate this so well. I wasn't expecting you to be able to make the stuffed animals room or the emblems for example.

Its Got me stuffered how you got this so good. This is beyond good, im sure its purrrrrrfect. I cant wait to look around it. I wish Sims 3 had a first person mode, would be just purfect for things like this. Please put first person mode in as an update or in Sims 4.

I was just about to make the mansion in sims 3 and thought i would see if anyone else had done it before me. Wow, I wont bother, I cant beat that. That is perfect. THIS IS AWESOME!!!! I love that you actually remade the mansion..... At 1st I thought it was the Arklay mansion.. Is it? the Spencer mansion had the stairs branching off in the dining room.... I think that it is really the Arklay mansion. if you could build things together on whatever AWESOME creator thingy that you made this on than you can finish the garden guard house and labs with me... The Spencer mansion also didn't have the plant room in it so I am pretty sure that it IS the ARKLAY mansion, after all GREAT JOB!!! I LOVE IT!!! (p.s the moonlight sonata is only in resident evil directors cut A.K.A the Arklay Mansion...)

I think you're confused, kid...technically the Arklay mansion and the Spencer mansion are the same thing. In the films it is referred to as the Arklay mansion because Oswald Spencer is never mentioned but in the game series it is and always has been the Spencer mansion. What you're thinking of, I believe is the Spencer estate from Resident Evil 5, yea? Where there is a small landing led to by steps on the far side of the dining hall? That mansion is basically a replica, with some minor changes, to the mansion where it all began (hence the dialogue between Chris and Jill about how it reminds them of Raccoon City where it all began). That mansion was built somewhere in Europe only AFTER Wesker destroyed the mansion in Raccoon and the US government started suspecting Spencer to be the leader of the biological experiments that caused the original mansion incident as a place for him to hide. The mansion in the Antarctic from Code: Veronica also is a replica to the Spencer mansion...so clearly Oswald Spencer really likes the look of the mansion George Trevor originally built. haha Sorry for the huge useless Resident Evil/Spencer mansion lecture...I may like this game series a tad too much haha ~>_

I can't express enough thanks to you for constructing and uploading this for all of us to use! Thank you thank you thank you! I'm not sure where all this about girls not playing RE comes from, though. I'm a girl - I play it, most of my girl friends play it. Not to mention other games in this vein like Devil May Cry. Girls love this stuff as much as guys.

Another brilliant video by you seb. You should try doing the mansion from the remake. Now that you can set your channel for much longer time limit per video, it's possible to do a longer tour of the mansion in the remake without a time limit/ PS-We've talked before. I also go by the name 'PakistaniSheen' on youtube, but this is my other account.

Amazing work! I had to like your video, then enter my 2nd account and like it again :) IMHO, Spencer Mansion is the most legendary video game building ever made! And if I were Richard Branson or Donald Trump, I would definitely build one for my family :)

O.O You have proven to know Lord Spencer Mansion with incredible precision, 'till the last incredible detail !!! Astonishing work! This is absolutely amazing. I love the Spencer Mansion - it's beautiful and yet so chilling (obviously because of its backstory) and you have totally replicated it to a T! LOVE!

Those words of yours... You cannot even imagine how many times I desired to share a Resident Evil walkthrough in company of a girl like you.... it's not like there are many girls who play RE, that makes you very special. I tried to build this on my own, but haven't figured out the Basement yet, How did you overcome the ladder not lining up with the grave or vice versa if you lined up the ladder, how'd you line up the stairs and the elevator? or did you leave out the Basement? I haven't checked this all out yet, my internet is too slow...

Wow, what a mansion. I tried to do my own remake on the Sims 3 console version and was only able to get about 25% of the mansion done due to limitations. Console is fun for playing games with friends but it's total garbage when it comes to creating custom content.
