I just want to address real quick that I misspoke a couple of times. I read from 25 pages of script so it’s bound to happen because it’s exhausting. even though I go back and check everything I don’t always catch everything. I apologize for that, I’ll do better for RE 2 when there’s a game with a lot of information to get out it’s hard to catch small details when there’s so much information.
Heya great video. I love the RE series, as much as 6 gets a bad rap, it wasn't a bad game , just a bad RE game. For the title though, I hate being that person but Alone in the Dark was truly the game that started it all. I am glad that you mentioned the directors homage AITD,
@@TheChryystal 😂😂😂I know I still can’t believe I didn’t notice I said that in editing. I really appreciate all of the nice things you said it really means a lot because I’ve been working so hard to pump out videos that people will enjoy and stuff that I enjoy so I really do appreciate that!
This game gave me trust issue, my friend told me to grab the shotgun and Barry will save me, he didn't save me, I stop playing the game then and there. Only later in life I've realized I went into the broken shotgun room or did something to not triggered the event. I fucking hated this so much.
I started with RE7 as well. don't let toxic RE fans bully you by having them say stuff like ''RE7 isn't a real RE game'. that argument is asininely used and very childish in my opinion
@@JustinFlowers-kb9be oh trust me I won’t lol I’ve played through all of the games since RE7 even the originals before the remake and I don’t care what they think is considered an RE game. Those games are in the official timeline now so that argument wouldn’t make sense lol
I played 1-5 all at release, came back in at re2r but then backtracked to 7. 7 is the most “resident evil” of all the modern reach engine games imo. I think most people in the know agree, 7 is a return to form and is directly responsible for the return to glory we have enjoyed in the last decade.
@@fritzdrybeam yeah unfortunately but I think the remakes have corrected that. I still think RE4 was enjoyable that was the last one before it really started to get out of hand
