@@raedabed3834 well besides for all of the tools that were created during this games development that would go on to shape future Bethesda games. Yeah maybe down to its core elements it’s just an RPG but because of the way this game was made changed how Bethesda would create future games. Not only that the game was massively popular back when it released.
@@raedabed3834 When you go back and really look into each of Bethesdas early game creation sadly they have ruined the reputation they had but most of their earlier games like Oblivion would be the only reason why Fallout would be as great as it was.
Something I never noticed as a kid is the drastic "scale representation" compromises that the devs made... The hijacked ship quest didn't sail down the Niben, you never leave the Rumare! the scale of the great lake is "normal" for the quasi-exterior cell that the quest takes place in, even though you can swim across some spots narrower than the Kvatch castle moat in the world map version of the Rumare
My Math is a little off on the game I drafted this very late it is more than 10 years old almost 20 but my point still stands this game deserves a remake
Absolutely this game needs a remake. Of course it's subjective but it could do with one. Big agree on the fact that celebrity VAs eat a lot of Beth's budget, leading into an inferior product.
Oh yeah he's the father of our protagonist haha Glad the work went well for you my guy. It'll take some getting used to how you sound though lol@@MisterDeadDoxx
@@SinastarCross yeah hopefully it’ll heal fast so I can talk normal again my face is swollen so my lisp is more noticeable and it’s impossible to say words lol
Hey guys if you haven’t subscribed please do! And go watch my new video On Elder Scrolls Oblivion ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3XrFSVMyI-c.htmlsi=J8LqDQ0ZLR7ZNg1r
All of the dialogue changes were unnecessary and worse, and all of the performances were worse. Some miscasts. Gameplay, graphics, presentation, and the no loading continuous station were much better.
I honestly feel Vick should've been the villain of the game, she's the reason Frank was in this mess along with her selling out other survivors. For the story I think they should've made Vick the villain by her not getting the right information being bias and blaming the government for the outbreak. Then have the twist be the government didn't and the zombie's evolved. Dead Rising stories have always been about finding the truth, having Vick spread misinformation could be a good twist, even to the point she refuses other evidence due to her confirmation bias, even having survivors believe her, which causes them to attack. But honestly she was annoying, if there was a choice I wouldn't have saved her.
I absolutely love this game, it is my favorite Dead Rising game. It's a major factor why DR4 sucked. They took what was great about the original DR2 then improved on them. This felt more like a direct sequel to the original game. To be fair I was a bigger Frank West fan myself.
@@skullofjustice761 I’m so glad you like my content I hope you stick around because I plan on making plenty of great videos on a bunch of different games!
Yeah a sequel....Dead Space 4 is what we want and deserve, a remake of Dead Space 2 would be cheap, lazy and pointless, 3 wasn't great but it set up a good sequel that could have finished the franchise somehow.
@@Lubble- I know I wish we could just get a sincere ending to the franchise. They literally had it set up for a good real ending but EA would rather stuff it with micro transactions
@@MisterDeadDoxx I'll die on the hill that if you play Dead Space 3 solo and on hard mode then it's a brilliant game, even co op is fun with a friend, but it was one of the first microtransaction games so it took a big beating
@@Lubble- yeah I loved Dead Space 3 a lot and I have actually 100% the game on Xbox I just really wish they went about making that game just a little better we would’ve seen another game if they had done some slight tweaks
@@MisterDeadDoxx at least the trilogy exists in the first place I suppose, horror has been a fleating genre in the past few years after the Resi renaissance and the disappointment of Callisto but hopefully we get new stuff
This game gave me trust issue, my friend told me to grab the shotgun and Barry will save me, he didn't save me, I stop playing the game then and there. Only later in life I've realized I went into the broken shotgun room or did something to not triggered the event. I fucking hated this so much.
I dont know i might be in the minority but i really enjoyed DR 4 had some fun with it the removoal of the timer definitely made the game feel better you didnt feel rushed you could go at your own pace.
This and the RE4 remake were basically my entire 2023, not Elden Ring which i also love btw, really these two remakes helped me through the darkest chapters of my life tbh
They really where the. Est games of the year and it’s so refreshing playing shorter AAA games with no bloat. I feel all AAA games are 40+ hours with 40 more of side quest and busywork. These games were raw fun and polish.
@@MisterDeadDoxx You Know BioShock Is getting the Dead Space Remake Treatment like Dead rising, right? I hope they bring back some cut content and fix several mistakes.
