How did I know the people spending their time complaining on RU-vid probably making generalization? Ok better get back to my work or else be another tech zombie.
The elderly have just as many rights to a peaceful night as a little baby or a young adult going to college. I’ll guarantee that the residents were there BEFORE the restaurant ever was.
It was a residential neighborhood before there ever was a rooftop bar. People who bought into these residences deserve a good night’s rest. That’s not asking too much after what they paid to own a home there.
and he said it goes on until midnight. Thats not very late. Especially for only 3 days a week, I assume over the weekend. It sounds like regular weekend town noises to me
3 nights. The community is ridiculously ridiculous !! So jack in the box drive thru doesn’t keep you guys up all night? Get an AC unit and shut your windows. 😝
The community you speak of is occupying in a residential district. They have every right to a standard of sleep at night that they expected when buying a home with other residents. If they bought into a condo next to an existing outdoor roof bar and lounge, then they might be challenged if they complained after the fact, about the noise. Plus, rooftop bar noise can bounce off of buildings exacerbating the volume making it louder than it seems. You try getting a good night’s sleep while next to loud, drunken customers all night long.
@@jasestrickland1704 u r correct. how would you like to spend 1million on a shithole house here to listen to crapy harleys and meth heads screaming allnight
They live next to a busy road, and there are multiple businesses around the area. Why isn't he complaining about jacks, 7-11, zippys, lokahi brew etc... if the old man has a problem. Then movr
Loud boisterous noises can cover up a tremendous amount of criminal behavior. Could you hear the sobs of a woman being abused? Can you hear glass windows shattering above noisy patrons? Stop being so naive.
This server’s laugh, smiles & giggles is getting on my nerves. And when she says “we’re barely open that’s ridiculous, we’re doing more good than harm”… I don’t care if you’re open 1 day a week, you’re still making these residents lose sleep.
@@ClarkKent-tg6ls Would the owner of this restaurant like it if the neighbors blasts unwanted music, drums, bass, loud noises etc next to their restaurant for their patrons to hear? I don't think so.
Where are these people to complain about vagrants taking over bus stops? Defecating in the doorways of stores and restaurants? I don't see them at Neighborhood Board Meetings...it is far better to have lively commercial activity going on with people moving about rather than roving gangs of thugs
