Hello my French friend. Just some advice from experienced resin printer user. 1. replace that USB stick with a proper one (32Gb max). 2. Angle your prints properly. What you did is really wrong - creates a lot of suction and your print will be deformed, it can potentially even damage your FEP flooding your printer. Either rotate it to vertical position for something like that or angle it to roughly 45deg. Plenty of tutorials on youtube how to properly angle and support prints. 3. Possibly hollow it if you don't want to waste too much resin 4. Your vat cleaning procedure is very wrong. After printing check the print for any failures. If print was fine then really no need to clean after each print. If you spot something wrong with the print then use vat cleaning function (use some old leftovers of supports with raft, position in two corners, after cleaning procedure is complete just lift the whole lot). Don't use that spatula to lift the cured sheet, just use those supports. After removing the cured sheet use spatula (gently) or better silicone spatula to check for any bits that may have still be in the vat (normally there are none) but better safe than sorry. Finally - don't remove vat from the printer, there is no need. I barely ever do it. And no need to empty the vat and clean it after printing. I only do it if I want to use a different resin or I need to inspect FEP. 5. For cleaning vat use softer paper like tissues or ideally micro fibber cloth. Kitchen paper towels are hard and will scratch your FEP. 6. Don't use alcohol to clean vat, just soft tissue. Using IPA will fog the FEP. 7. You can put your print to hot water for a minute - it will soften the supports and removing them will be much easier and will leave less marks 8. Use gloves when you handle uncured prints. Uncured resin is really nasty. I would also recommend using goggles when you remove supports - this stuff can shoot across the room at speed of light, protect your eyes. 9. were trousers when you upload as public :)

Hello, I will really read your comment carefully it is rare that a subscriber does his best to give an opinion or a criticism, so to begin with thank you very much 1) next payday I do this 2) how to tilt and support prints correctly: did a video recommend me? 3) I do it but I didn't show it in the video next time I do it 4) your 4th point is very interesting: a video to recommend to me? because several RU-vidrs use different methods.. otherwise the spatula is silicone, the one I use to see if there are traces of hardened resin in the tank 5) for micro fiber cloths or handkerchiefs, count on me for the next print 6) I didn't know that but from now on I'm really going to pay attention 7) I tested this in an upcoming video that I just published 8) always 9) it was 52 degrees at the apartment in Paris, but it's true, you're right in my videos I not only do resin printing I am also in other subjects but on the other hand for printing I would like you to follow me, I am never against good practices to have and you have it looks like a person who knows something about it so it would be a pleasure for us to stay in touch

hello @radoslawsocha4955, I read your advice. You say not to remove the tank but how to reset the Z axis in this case? Is it necessary to do this every time the tray is removed? thanks in advance

@@96juneS I assume you're talking about levelling the build plate? You can either do it with the vat installed or remove the vat and use a piece of paper. Both options work well. It's not about 'never' removing the vat, my comment was about not doing it if there is no need, especially not after every single print. Just use vat cleaning option via your printer. I use three printers, two have always the same resin and I only remove it every month or two to inspect FEP. The third one I use with two different resins/vats so this is the only situation when I remove vat when switching resin. When it comes to levelling plate - in my case I do it only when prints starts failing badly (first step), probably every several months but your mileage may vary. Definitely no need to do it after every print. What I'm trying to say is removing vat increase the chance of damaging FEP if you're not careful, no need to remove resin from vat after each print. Just leave all in place and use cleaning setting.
