Thank you making this tutorial, very clear...! pretty interesting software, i'd installed it, and it seems like normal functioning, but it doesn't allows me to insert my .png images in the advanced output field, is there any solution?

Hey there. I'm having some issues. I got the free version. At the beginning everything was cool. I was mapping my kitchen using a epson s41. A few hours I could no longer project, In the output tab if I select my projector which is display 2 it sent the video to my screen macbook. I tried everything, reinstall resolume and nothing. What can I do?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. What display options are available to you in the advanced output? If it is sending to the wrong screen, then you may need to check you system preferences and see what your display numbers are and ensure they are not mirrored

I can't get the output guide to work. I did exactly as you in the video, but when I load my image it just doesn't appear in the background of advanced output

same, if you use Resolume 6.0.7 it seems to be common.. I'm just beginning with resolume and I do approximately for this step and it's fine, but if anyone have a solution I'm interested!

Hi, I wanna ask a question. I am a amateur mapper. I don’t know need to save as preset before. And every time I open the advance , it will show the last setting I made. I know save as preset can keep the setting. But even I didn’t save a preset, it will also keep my last setting. So what is the difference between these? Thankyou very much.

Hi, Resolume does generally save the last mapping settings when you save the composition, and you can work that way. However I would strongly recommend saving a mapping preset mostly for peace of mind. Saving a preset generates an xml file which can then be loaded on to other computers and saved as a backup

Hi Tusar, In advanced output you can add more screens and assign each to the desired output. Make sure your laptop supports multiple outputs and is set to Extended desktop

@@mith would be cool to see the difference in setting up resolume for a hard dance event even if you didn't have the assets for it!! What things you'd consider differently etc ...

Hi Danyel, Back when I made the video I made the templates in Adobe Illustrator, however there are plenty of better options: Dvizion has a great after effects template. Chaser by Hybrid Visuals has a feature to export a map based on your Resolume map. I have a web based generator for single images at www.Mith.xyz/tools

IS THERE A TUTORIAL THAT EXPLAINS FROM BEGINNING TO END HOW TO CONNECT AN LED PANEL TO RESOLUME??? Sorry, it's dramatic I know, but I'm 99% sure no tutorials exist.
