Resolving communication issues with your SolarEdge monitoring portal 

I haven’t tried the instructions but I must say the text has been written well and the lady read it perfect.

And for the newer models with no display.. how do you reset? Thanks

I have the solar edge HD Wave with the display window almost 2 years & after changing my internet provider & router & connecting (Ithink) ? all i can see is production monotoring, but wont display import & export to the grid !! Can anyone please assist as I cant my installer to check it for me??? It displays (S) ok & (P) ok , but perhaps something in inverter settings is NOT correct?

And if your model has no display screen?

Too bad that ours was installed on the roof instead of next to the powerboard. Constant issues with updating in the app, but can't get it resolved, as it keeps getting blamed on the internet!

After 5 years in the sunshine, my LCD panel is very fuzzy and hard to read. (I've taped a piece of aluminium over it, to slow the damage.)

My SolarEdge inverter failed and was replaced with a new one. How do I get the monitor portal to track my new inverter?

Can not make contact with engineer support. The answering machine tells me that currently all the engineers are busy and that I am number one to be answered. After 25 minutes I gave up and pressed #1 to be called. My problem that I do not believe the recording. Can not be that, say 15 supporting engineers for 25 minutes were not available, unless they were not at works
