According to latest reviews from hotel guests, they now have separated the Crockfords hotel guests into 2 categories: 1. Crockfords regular room guests will check in and use the valet parking at Conrad (have to pay) 2. Crockfords guests who booked a suite will check in at the Crockfords lobby and get the Crockfords free valet parking. On the Resorts World website, they listed the valet parking fee ranging from $25 - $75. Apparently, this new arrangement is to make the Crockfords suite guests feel more special, not sure I agree with this practice, but hope this helps!
