Just came back home from staying at RW (Conrad). It’s pretty cool, like most places it has its positives & negatives. The Street Eats is more show & gimmick, the food isn’t all that great but the prices SURE are & not in a good way, super expensive for what is is but you’re paying for the experience, I guess?? The pools are cool but they don’t really do a good job of making sure to keep the little kids IN THE LITTLE KIDS pools! The atmosphere is chill at the pools though. They have some weird tech issues like card readers not working to get to your floor, many had this issues I ran into. And the “fit & finish” in the rooms are not that great for such a new hotel/casino. The bathrooms in the Conrad’s are WHACK as well. toilet out in the open, sincel sink. step in shower but with cloth curtin??? For all that money & your putting CLOTH shower curtain’s? C’mon RW! But cool they put an actual mini fridge, that was definitely needed. GREAT VIEW as well.
None of that food you ate Jaycation looked up my alley especially that burger. That Lucky Strike burger looked kinda weird with a patty to match. Maybe it tasted “on point” in person. I don’t think I would go for the Pho either.
Stayed at Resorts World recently for 5 nights, got the Conrad one bedroom suite. I only ate at one place at Famous Foods, Fuhu Shack. It's alright, way overpriced as usual. I really liked Tiger Sugar though. We also ate at Carversteak, I was bit drunk so I couldn't remember if it's good or not. Lol!
Days after the previous Resort World food court video I annoyed my girlfriend at every meal by saying “The food is really good, but it’s needs Mang Tomas”.
