thats what a buff is. it wasnt good enough so they made it better. devs cant predict 100% everything. else there'd be no balancing to do.

Facts her res sheild can easily be countered by so many used legends now so its not even that bad and even before grenades existed. So many bots complained it was op when it never was

Her Ult needs changing, and maybe just a half shield or something on the res, when you’re in the open you’re screwed lol

@@matthutchens3688 unless your lifeline has a gold bag you’re still screwed. The second that shield is down you’re getting beamed again

@@brainrot8802 yep, even with gold bag restoring most health and shield it doesn’t take long to get beamed again before you can find cover

For Point 5. The shield already are scaled on what you and your teammates have. So when 2 people got purple shield and one got grey the drop will contain a blue shield.

Only reason I never find them weird... is because I'm a lifeline main. And everytime they come in with the clutch purp loot

Shouldnt supports have the extended supply bin as a their own little perk? (like with survey beacons for recon class legends)

@@sphere7468 if we wanna get all technical, Pathfinder was originally a support and the only one able to use the survey beacons, but people kept thinking and suggested it'd be a good idea for the recon legends be able to do that, so they changed Pathfinder into a recon and allowed all recon legends to scan survey beacons. Which left us in an awkward state with Lifeline as one of the only supports and not knowing much what to do with her, and Pathfinder not what you'd consider a standard recon. Although Valkyrie isn't your typical recon either... I think I've left myself befuddled.

A character specific loot mechanic that only Lifeline can access is stupid. Like how do i put this Legends should differ from their combat abilities not what loot they can get.

They won't give her the rez shield since they gave it to that one guy. They just need to give her a diff ultimate.

It’s not anybody with a brain pushes right after a knock let alone 2 your at a disadvantage even if you do get both of them up & that damn drone does not help much when their is most likely 3 of y’all using it it give you like 25% health or something man I was a die hard lifeline main but now she’s just not worth it & she hasn’t been worth it if we’re being honest since they took the fast heals

@@larryjackson8525 That’s exactly why I said “if the other team IS NOT in a position to push you”. Sometimes because of positioning and where other teams are they just simply can’t push you in late game. So in those specific situations lifeline is definitely OP. And her drone doesn’t heal you to 25 health lol it fully heals a downed player while they quickly pop a bat.

Lifeline is one of the free Legends we start with. So making her proper competitive won't bring in any quick cash money. They might give her a proper buff/rework when her Prestige skin shows up.

Besides even now Lifelines ult is arguably stronger than ever. A lot of people over look that getting a free shield from the ultimate is honestly very powerful in final stand off situations. The biggest pro is that this is the easiest shield swap that you can do. No matter how much you practice box s swaps. S. Swapping from the ult will always be fast. The only limit to this is that it takes a second to drop and you need to be outside for it to work. The first one isn't too much of a problem you just need to be preemptive with it. But not too preemptive that you end up giving your teams location away. It's really intuitive and all it requires is some out of the box thinking. This has saved my team many times. And now that you can get full heals can drastically change the tide in a final battle. I love the Ult rework and although these ideas everyone brings up are cool. They don't make sense to Lifeline. Respawn did a pretty fair job on this rework. The problem isn't entirely with Lifeline's kit. It's not an amazing kit I get that. It takes some out of the box thinking to make it really strong. For instance. People say we should be able to move while rez-ing. You can punch a downed teammate and move way faster than Newcastle. It's just a little out of the box thinking and practice to get that aim right. The problem is the meta shift and that Lifeline's a free character. Her kit can't be OP that's not good for the business. The only logistical thing I would ask for is being able to move the q. Since doc can fucking move on it's own -_-. Lifelines not as trash as people say. Not saying she's good though, she just requires a bit more of a learning curve and out of the box thinking to use her to her fullest potential.

@@kyreestandifer522 well she should be able to zap enemies who get close to her drone like she does in her cinematic clips and she can have her rez sheild brought back and just give it a healthbar and dont make it invincible like last time and she should get a whole new ult entirely because the items in it are not that good, i dont care about 4 cells and 4 syringes that i could find faster then my ult even lands from the sky lol and her drone should be able to follow u like while ur running like u said they need her abilities to make sense and all the ones ive said so far are things that shes done in cinematic trailers and her drone has followed her while runningl. apex just doesnt care about making her strong or useful because at the end of the day shes just a free legend :(

@@lonely4ever553 the zap I wouldn't mind and actually thought she should have had a while ago. And I'm not talking about the syringes no I mean that she drops full on shield batts and pks near final ring. She can drop gold bags, and maybe gold shields I can't confirm the shields but I've gotten gold bags before. She drops good stuff people just simply forget about the ult and therefore missing out on half her kit. Literally last night dropped an ult last round rev'd a teammate they shield swapped, the other took the pk and we reversed the whole situation
